ELEGANT APARTMENT WITH TERRACE IN THE HEART OF THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF LUCCA

Wonderful place and perfectLocation

Better than the pictures! We loved it and were very happy with the property and the management was great.

This lovely little apartment was right in the heart of the wall city of Lucca. We walked everywhere. The windows opened up to a music conservatory. We had our own personal symphonies daily. If you don’t like the music. You just close the window. It was very safe. We never had any problems. The parking is offsite, But no big deal. We worked through it. The coffee maker worked great. The bed was incredibly comfortable. And there was plenty of room to store everything. The shower was fabulous and always hot. The clothes washer was easy to use and a drying rack with supplied. We would stay here again.

What a fantastic apartment inside the walls of the Lucca Historical Center. We provided our host, Lorenzo Satti, our arrival time and he was waiting for us. Lorenzo toured the apartment with us letting us know how to operate everything. The apartment has 3 large rooms (Living/dining room, bedroom, and bathroom) plus a small decent size kitchen including a washing machine. The living room and bedroom have room air conditioners. Apartment is next to a classical music studio supplying nice music, if you leave the windows open. We stayed 7 nights and the apartment is centrally located and easily could get to any point inside the Lucca walls within a 20-minute walk. Walking from the train station outside the Lucca walls took us 20 to 25 minutes but we would recommend taking a taxi to and from the train station, especially if you have large luggage. The furniture is very comfortable and located in a very quiet neighborhood at night. I highly recommend this apartment along with Lorenzo, a helpful host. We intend to recommend this apartment to our 400-member community travel club at our next monthly meeting.

Property was excellent quality & location. We are an elderly couple and communicated with the host that we would need assistance with our luggage up to the apartments 2nd floor level. The host communicated back that he would meet us at check in. At the last minute he said he was unable to meet us and that he would send his eldery mother who could not assist and did not speak any English. Most of the time the cell signal was so weak we had to leave the apartment and go to the square across the street to get a signal. The WIFI signal was non existent. again, you have to leave the apartment to go to the Square to do any research for what to do in Luca and or restaurants to attend. The host said the Wi-Fi was probably due to a recent storm and should come back on in a couple of days which it did not. The host never attended the apartment to see if he could resolve the problem. Great apartment and location. Host and technology lacking.

Lorenzo our host generously provided a list of local eateries and directions to the nearest shops for basics.The property itself was clean, well-equipped and in a great location from which to stroll round the streets of Lucca or explore further afield.The sound from the music school which is adjacent to the flat takes a bit of getting used to, but not unpleasant.The flat is attractive, welcoming, if a bit dark inside, but the wee outdoor space is a bonus. Would recommend.

This is a very nice and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the heart of Lucca. The location is very good. The photos are accurate but the furniture is a little worn and the kitchen is fully functional but a little dated. It would be nice to have a coffee table and a small drink table between the chairs, and not one or the other. There are a few minor issues that guests should be aware of. There is one flight of stairs to get up to the apartment door. Also, the washing machine washes clothes but there is no clothes dryer, so plan on allowing some time for them to dry. The apartment has very limited provisions for guests, so plan on supplying your own coffee, shower supplies and laundry pods. Lorenzo graciously picked us up at the Pisa airport, but fully charged for that service. Finally, there is a music school nearby, resulting in significant rehearsal noise from about 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. That may not be an issue for most guests who will be out and about during those hours. Having said all of that, we would probably stay here again. A few minor owner upgrades would make it five star.

Love Lucca. Perfect city to spend extended time in to enjoy Italian lifestyle

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is bright, spacious and beautifully designed. I loved the proximity to everything. Especially the church attached to terrace and the music conservatory across the street. Lorenzo is very friendly and professional. I loved lucca, it had great vibes and energy and extremely safe and clean. Will be back soon.

The apartment was on a lovely, quiet street, great security. The interior was elegant & comfortable, a perfect respite from the August heat of Lucca. The access to all the sights of Lucca, convenient parking (by Lucca standards), and nearby food shopping made our days more enjoyable! We also appreciated easy access to the Walls for morning walks. Our host was very responsive and shared restaurant and shopping recommendations. Would definitely stay again!
