The house has a living room, kitchen, three main bedrooms with two bathrooms, plus a service room with its own bathroom. From the kitchen, the living room and the main room you can enjoy beautiful views of the Bay of Santander.
Completely renovated in May 2017, its 130 m2 surrounded by a large and lush garden with private parking, allow a high degree of comfort to its guests. The house offers you an oasis of tranquility in a thriving, dynamic and beautiful city.
Located in one of the most elegant streets of Santander, it has a bus stop right at the entrance of the urbanization, as well as a nearby taxi rank, bank offices, bars, kiosk, hairdressers and grocery stores in the surrounding area.
In addition to this spacious apartment, we manage the apartment for three people with the legend Central apartment, with large terrace and spectacular views.

    From the moment we arrived and Belen greeted us in the parking lot, we knew we had made a good decision. She was extremely helpful and friendly, spending time showing us on the map places she recommend we go. The apartment is amazing! Clean and spacious, ample room for 6 people. We had everything we needed, an amazing view, and a comfortable place to relax after exploring all day. The apartment is within walking distance of downtown Santander. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Sandtander.

    We spent a week in Belén´s large apartment on Perez Galdos and it was absolutely perfect for us. The Sardinero beach was a 15-minute walk, Gallofa´s wonderful bakery was a mere 4-minute walk, and we even had views of the water! Belén was wonderful. She met us at the apartment, explained how everything worked, and showed us the beaches and shopping within walking distance of her place. We did have a rental car because we flew into Bilbao, but you don't really need one. The apartment is on two or three bus routes, so getting into town or down to the beach is easy. A taxi stand is five minutes away. The apartment has literally everything you would need in the kitchen, and we especially enjoyed the glassed in porch with its water views. Wi-fi worked perfectly. We will definitely keep this apartment in mind for our next trip...! Jeff from Colorado

    We booked this flat for a family holiday, for 7 of us. In the event we were only five and we were extremely comfortable. This is a nice apartment, on the first floor of a flat, located around 10 minutes walk from the seafront. It is ideal for a family because of its facilities: there are 3 bathrooms/showers, a good size, well equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony. There is a good sea view from the balcony but also a view of the block of flats in front. The kitchen is not big enough to seat 7 people, but there is a dining table in the sitting room too. The sitting room is comfortable, so are the bedrooms which all have decent storage. The walk to the flat from the sea front is uphill/downhill which was ok for us but is worth knowing. Our host, Belin, was hospitable, friendly and helpful: she offered us a beach bag and beach towels, and left us a nice bottle of wine and chocolates as a welcome. We walked from the apartment to the fabulous beaches, to restaurants and to shops - we are all quite fit and like a walk. On two occasions ome of us took a taxi which proved to be very cheap (4.50 euro). The flat is extremely quiet, and the interior of the building is well looked after: it is cleaned every working day.     We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely and well-equipped apartment which got off to a great start when Belen met us on arrival with lots of local information and suggestions, apart from the welcoming bottle of wine and box of chocolates! We had most enjoyable excursions, for example to Bilbao and to the Altamira Museum, and spent some time on one of the fine, unspoilt beaches. The only drawback was that the closest restaurant opened for dinner only at 20.30 hours (in Spanish fashion) and others were only accessible via steep hills! We solved the problem by buying tasty prepared meals in Carrefour and heating them up in the apartment. Altogether a great experience which we fully intend to replicate in future. To finish, we would like to repeat muchas gracias to Belen for making us feel so at home.

    The apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Belen is a perfect host and gave us lots of hints and tips of where to go. The apartment gives easy access to the beaches and the city centre, which is approximately a 15 minute walk away. It is lovely and clean and well equipped. There are a few local shops which provide essentials and the supermarket is only a short walk away. Santander is a nice city to visit with a great selection of restaurants, museums, and other historical sites, as well as wonderful beaches. It isn’t essential to have a car, and we walked easily to all amenities, but the apartment is quite high up so a pleasant stroll out but there is an up hill walk back! However, there is a bus service which stops outside the apartments. If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay, then I recommend this apartment , the views out to sea are lovely.

    The flat is confortable, luminous, quiet and very new. At the same time, it is very near the centre of town. We spent lovely and relaxing time there.
