One bathroom has a shower, while the other features an elegant original vintage bathtub that has been carefully restored. Free WIFI (high-speed fiber, 1,000 Mbps / 1 Gbps) and Smart TV. There is also reversible air conditioning (cold/heat) throughout the home.

The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a washing machine, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The entire home has cold/heat air conditioning. It is located in a historic building, on the third floor with an elevator.

Each of its three bedrooms has elegant balconies to look out onto the street or sit and enjoy the sun. Everything important is nearby. Plaza de Uncibay is less than a two-minute walk away; the Picasso Museum and Plaza de la Merced are four minutes; and Calle Larios and the Cathedral are about five minutes on foot. All the city’s main museums, monuments, and streets can be visited on foot. It’s an ideal location to enjoy the museums, promenades, gardens, and landmarks of the center. You’ll also find the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns, and cafés around, where the most authentic and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the center unfolds.

–Getting around:

Exceptionally located in the center of Málaga. It is just a short walk from all monuments and museums. You’ll also find supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants nearby. It’s easy to reach from the airport and the main bus and train stations. Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops for the main urban bus lines are just a 7-minute walk away. Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is about a 14-minute walk, providing quick access to the airport and to Málaga-María Zambrano station.

IMPORTANT: As this is a very central apartment, there may be nighttime noise, especially on weekends (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) and public holidays.

FREEZER: The apartment has a refrigerator but no freezer, as we are waiting for it to be repaired or replaced shortly.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the building’s common areas; it is only allowed on the exterior balconies.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 15:00. We do our best to welcome guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damages. House rules and the homeowners’ association rules must be respected. A €20 fee applies per reservation, as we must perform a special cleaning to avoid affecting allergic guests. We can provide a pet bed and food/water bowls upon request.
