Stayed Mar 21, 2025When we arrived, check in was easy. We walked in to a gorgeous space. We later found that towels were dirty and stained and pillow cases had smudge marks. We immediately tossed them in the washing machine but that caused us to not be able to shower or sleep in the bed that night. We were promised clean items the first thing that morning and never got them. On the day of check out, the house keeper just let herself in the space an hour before checkout. Prior to that I received a message with an offer to extend our stay for 20 an hour. Yet, we never received an offer of compensation for the dirty towels and linen. All that to say, the space is clean on the surface but that's about it.
