Stayed Dec 31, 2025The apartment is much bigger than we expected. There were plenty of room for our family of 4. The hosts are next door to the apartment. Super friendly and very responsive. The apartment got everything we need. The kids loved watching the bees from the house. Overall, tt was a pleasant surprise.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025The house is well located near the local shops and a short walk to the lake with its walking tracks and parkland. There is an excellent bike track into Vincentia in one direction and and to Basin View in the other.The house does not have all the features of a more expensive place but was comfortable and well equipped and we were very happy there. The owners who live next door were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023Quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to shops and walking trail around the lake. Good distance from popular beaches. The house is clean and comfortable with good amenities. The owner is easy to deal with and responds promptly.

Stayed Jan 3, 2023The old couple were nice and welcoming. But the house was dusty, full of cobwebs on the wall. Also ceilings had molds in some rooms as there's not enough ventilation. Understand high price of the property due to being close to beaches. But the owners should provide atleast some good quality furniture and household items! The mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils were very dated and doesn't function well. There is no dishwasher and people who used the utensils earlier left them unclean. Kitchen has a small refrigerator which has bad odour. There's simply not enough lights in the house. Don't know why owner has fitted bulbs with very low lumens. Request to owners, please clean the property with professional cleaner before listings your property with such a high price again. Absolutely not recommended! Never going back.
