Puede ser en auto, caminando, transporte publico o estación del metro a 10 min.

Por protocolo de seguridad y acceso del edificio, se tiene que ingresar mostrando en el lobby un QR por persona (lo proporcionara el anfitrión en el chat de la reservación) junto con una identificación oficial que coincida con el nombre del QR proporcionado.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning if ignored.
3. Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host will be granted access. For building security and access protocol, each guest and visitor must present a QR code and official identification that matches the information provided in the Airbnb chat upon arrival.
4. Parties are prohibited, as is wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, an additional cleaning or replacement charge will be applied.
6. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if stained, whether from makeup or another substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking spot may be used.
10. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. Service animals must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be followed.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place designated by the host.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

1. Amenity use must be notified to the host before 11 a.m. on the day prior to use, and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. The rules for each amenity must be followed, as indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the ad photos.
3. The common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
4. Trash must be placed in small bags in the trash chute. GLASS, PET, and CARDBOARD are prohibited from being thrown down the chute. Glass, PET, and cardboard must be placed in the recycling bin located behind the OAXACA restaurant in the plaza.

FINES

Violating any point of both rules may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item cost will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (if not notified to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 will apply).

Property damage: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or cards will incur a replacement fee of $500 MXN.
