Stayed Aug 23, 2022The booking process was easy from start to finish. Sylvain was very responsive to any questions asked and also very informative about the area. The apartment and terrace was gorgeous - exceptionally clean and well equipped - you can tell it is a family's holiday home and not just an investment rental as it has everything you need! The showers are amazing but if there are a few of you, you have to be quick as the tank drains quite quickly. It could only be improved by providing beach/pool towels to save having to bring them with you. We arrived at the apartment and Sylvain was there to greet us and immediately we heard the loud music from the Nao Pool Club which is right next to the apartment block. We were assured that this was a day club and the music stopped at 8pm. To be fair, around the pool, it didn't appear to us be that loud and was really just background music and we quite enjoyed the music anyway. However, at least twice a week in high season, they have late night clubs where the music is very loud until midnight. If you are out partying until that time of night anyway, this wont bother you but we come away now to relax and unwind and so midnight is late to us! The apartment is in fairly easy walking distance to La Sala and there are a couple of restaurants just down the street. Vovem - pricey but nice and Delicias World - great for meat and cheese lovers. The port is probably a 15 - 20 minute walk with some steeper paths on the way back. We would absolutely return to this apartment but it would have to be out of season for us,

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is an excellent property - plenty of space with large terrace, which great day and night. The property is presented to high standard and has plenty of equipment to satisfy most requirements. We know the area and it’s located in easy reach of Puerto Banús - 5 mins by car.
