EH-near Beaches and IMG, Pool, Tennis, Pickleball

Condo was great. Make sure to reserve the courts before you go.

We booked this condo for the easy access to IMG. Great location to everything we needed and wanted (Walmart, Publix, restaurants, beaches).The condo itself was clean and matched the photos. We had everything we needed with the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and enough room for our family of 4 to spread out. The host was amazing. We had an issue and they had a solution within 30 mins Very proactive and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location, both for the beach and restaurants, but also only a 2 minute stroll to the club house, lovely warm pool and hot tub in the Shorewalk development.Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay.We felt at home there. All of our questions were promptly answered by Marietta.

Condo was immaculate, very close to the pools. Walkable to shops if needed. The host was very fast and kind with their responses.

The pool was great. We fixed our breakfast with ease and enjoyed dinning on the screened patio each day. Quiet neighborhood close to beaches but spring break added to time getting there. Will go back.

We enjoyed our stay at this Shorewalk condo. The host was welcoming and communication was easy and prompt. The condo is nicely furnished and has great beachy vibe decor. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glass, pans, cutlery, coffee pots, tea kettle, toaster, and kitchen tools. The location is perfect with easy access (depending on the time of day--the earlier the better!) to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are many great restaurants within easy driving distance and it's an easy walk to Publix and Aldi. The complex has pools; pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts; and lots of sidewalks for walking. We hope to return next year.

The condo was PERFECT! So clean, well stocked, organized and well maintained. We felt safe while in the area, the parking lot and neighborhood. Pool area was quiet, pond view and back porch was great for sunset dinners. The Host does a great job of communication, keeping the property up to date and fresh, you can tell! We'll be back next year for the annual IWLCA Lacrosse Tournament.

The property is as represented on line. Very nice accommodations. I was visiting family, the location was perfect for my needs. Publix in shopping center where you turn in to go to the condo. Close to the beach, with large selection of restaurants and shopping. Hope to stay again.

We were in town for our child’s sporting event. This place was well located. Property managers are extremely responsive. Place was very comfortable and immaculate.

Easy access to clubhouse, Aldi & Publix. This was a nice apartment with good furnishings which made you feel very comfortable and at home.

We loved this condo. It was clean and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, the grounds were well kept and it conveniently located within walking distance to a Publix. We will be back.
