Edgewater is generally calm, friendly, and transit-oriented, with a relaxed neighborhood feel while still being close to vibrant nearby areas like Andersonville.



Getting Around:

It is very convenient accessibility and transportation options. It’s a short walk to the Red Line—usually the Granville or Loyola station—giving fast, direct access to downtown and the rest of the city. Several CTA bus routes run nearby for easy east-west and north-south travel, and the neighborhood is extremely walkable with grocery stores, cafés, and shops just a few blocks away. Biking is also popular thanks to quiet side streets and close access to the lakefront path. Street parking is available but can be limited at peak times, making public transit and walking especially practical for getting around.

Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
