Eclectic Upper Loft Downtown

We had a wonderful stay at the Eclectic Upper Loft in Eureka Springs. From the great communication with the hosts before our stay to the clean, well-kept loft right in the heart of the historic district, this is the perfect option for anyone looking to be in the middle of it all. The loft was quiet and allowed for a very restful getaway, yet shopping and dining are only steps away. The shower (and water pressure) is easily the best we have experienced in our many stays in Eureka Springs, and having a private parking spot is a huge plus. The Eclectic Upper Loft is a wonderful option for couples looking for that perfect spot to get away, yet still be right in the middle of it all.

The host was wonderful, and the location was perfect for walking out and exploring the stores. Coffee was right next door! We had a lovely time, and the bed was so comfy!

This was our second visit to the upper loft and it did not disappoint! This has become our go-to in Eureka due to the cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. Thank you for another great stay!

Great stay! The bed was a king size so that was great and for the times when we wanted to just lay on the couch instead of being out, the couch was HUGE so that was major plus! The renovations in the space were also really great compared to others we have stayed at. Will definitely be picking this one again in the future!

This is a nice, cozy spot right in the heart of everything. The host is amazing. I messaged him with a question and he responded promptly. The home falls right in line with him in the amazing category! I love the oversized sofa and the decor. I would definitely seek this property again in the future if I'm ever in Eureka Springs again!

Great weekend stay, very walkable to all the shopping and restaurants while not being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Comfortable couch, bed and great shower. Helpful that the shower and toilet are separate for getting ready purposes.

Excellent stay!! So cozy. Love the couch and shower and shades. It would be nice to have a place to unpack for those of us that stay more than 2-3 nights.

Located in the perfect spot. It’s close to the shops and restaurants. The bonus is it has a reserved parking spot so you aren’t searching for somewhere to park. Listing photos are accurate.

We loved the loft. It was very comfortable and a great location. Parking and unloading was very easy. My host was very responsive. We will definitely be booking here again.

Our loft was we'll situated on Main street with a trolley stop right at the front door. Parking was convenient and included in the price. The amenities were modern and well done. Giant TV in the front room and the over-sized sofa was amazing. I would stay here again.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Eureka! Location was wonderful. Close walking distance to, well, pretty much anywhere. More importantly, a couple doors for from The Local Tub. Host was quick to respond back to any questions. Great overnight getaway!

This property is located downtown for easy access to shopping without the hassle of searching for parking! Very cozy!

Did some shopping, sightseeing, and eat. We enjoyed the creek flowing and hearing the water flowing.

The check in and out was so smooth being able to unload right at the door and getting to park behind the building was perfect. The place was small and cozy perfect for a little girls trip for the two of us. It is at the bottom of the basin so be prepared to travel upwards, but my thighs loved the workout and you’re a short walk from most everything! Great place would absolutely book again!

Perfect walking distance from downtown after a night out or early morning coffee stop. Place is very nice. Modern furniture. Big TV. GREAT BATHROOM/SHOWER.

We had an amazing nights sleep, the bed was super comfortable. The couch was so comfy and roomy. It was a fun experience. Would definitely stay again!

The rental was exactly as described and in the perfect location. It was a very short walk to all the best food and shopping. Very clean and nice. Will definitely book again.

The perfect place in walking distance of everything!!! Loved it! Our only suggestion if we had to have one is that there wasn’t a closet or a rod or hooks or anything for our hanging clothes, but it wasn’t a big deal! This place was awesome!!!

The Upper Loft had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable, couch was awesome, and TV was big and great. Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. The separation of the commode from the shower/sink was a great thought. The shower was big. Plan to eat out unless you want to microwave your food. A small refrigerator was provided and very handy. Coffee essentials were also included. It is a handy location, but you are on the end of the street away from the middle of all of the shops. I'm too old to walk those hills :) However, there is a trolly stop right outside your door. Overall, we plan to stay there again!

We loved the location, we loved the room. We loved the cleanliness, we loved the decor. We want to come back!
