This nice simple studio apartment is perfectly suited for business trip, couple or single travellers ready for a looking for a cozy place to stay at while enjoying their experience. Located in the community of Little Dreams, this studio equipped with nice sofa and queen bed, also there is fully equipped kitchen. Excellent WIFI network.
In addition, its convenient location will allow you to be only 45 minutes from the LIR airport. Just 5 minutes away you will find the beautiful Ocotal beachand for a couple more minutes to the opposite direction you will find yourself in the center of Coco Beach where there are some amazing restaurants and many places to go shopping. And, if you want to take a trip, you will find other beautiful beaches like Hermosa, Panama, Penca or Bahía Pez Vela just 15-20 minutes away.

This is a simple, no-frills studio—fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. While it doesn’t have extra luxuries, it’s clean, functional, and perfect for a hassle-free visit in Guanacaste.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside. Extra sand in the unit can cause clogging and would represent an extra charge.

- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the can.

- Be kind with the AC and eletricity. Use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium as there is a $50 cap on electricity for rentals over a week.

-Mandatory to enjoy at list one sunset at the beach!
