Stayed May 6, 2024No microwave, no air condition, had to borrow a fan from neighbor, no TV. The apartment is extremely hot. Needs two fans, or an air-conditioner. Needs a microwave, a working TV with channels. Needs proper cleaning to be done before a tenant can move in.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024The biggest catch for me was its location.Waking up to the view of the sea from the bedroom, along with the sea breeze was the regular highlights for me. This was one of the main reasons this property appealed to me and I was happy with my choice.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024I enjoyed staying at the East Point Apartments, they are a short distance from the main east coast hwy and easily accessible, a parking spot for rental car, back side faces no neighbours and the sea, beds and rooms as described and clean, incldg a laundry machine with outside cloth line, and quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend it. Simon was very approachable, friendly and accommodating for additional requests. A microwave would been nice to have though.
