Stayed Apr 15, 2023The studio was easy to find, gorgeously appointed, and very comfortable. It felt spacious and luxurious. Downtown and the university are in easy walking distance, as is Lower Bidwell Park and all it has to offer.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes. Enjoyed the artwork.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024I loved this little cottage and chose it for the ability to have a kitchen to cook my own meals. Very clean. Nice and cool. It was very quiet with a lot of privacy. The only negative was that the bathroom light comes on automatically and at night that would bother me so a little duct tape to cover up the motion sensor was all I needed. I really enjoyed my stay there.
