Duval Delight | Recently Remodeled Condo on Duval!

Good care. Good location. Only someone dark hair was in the bed but all other things was super good.

Marie was awesome. Sent us a list of all her favorite food and drink places and made check in and check out easy peasy. Second time staying at this location and still as fun and nice as the first time.

Great stay

Plenty of space and well laid out for a small family. The kitchen is perfect for basic meal prep, and the ac and fans keep the unit cool and comfortable. Parking is super easy

PERFECT location. Host was always available & they provided an easy access transportation service for our group of 8. Would recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Great location! Perfect for my bachelorette party trip! Plenty of towels and sheets! Only concern would be not enough toilet paper and the pull out couch mattresses are very thin. Would have liked more clear check in/check out instructions.

Nice condo right on Duval St and near beaches.

Great location, walking distance to all of the downtown sights. Easy check-in and using the keypads for entry was simple. The condo was comfortable and great for a night in too.

Super nice apartment with mezzanine!!!Right in the heart of Key West! You can easily walk everywhere from the Southernmost Point to Mallory Square.Easy parking, nice kitchen, our family loved it!

The duval delight was a great place to stay for my trip! It was super clean and in a great location. Check in was super smooth and easy. The rental company was also very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this property while you’re in town!

The condo was clean and pretty much like the pictures (other than the baloney, which was smaller and not street facing). It was a great location and felt very safe. There were some issues though…. We arrived and realized the ceiling was leaking from the AC in the middle of the hallway when you enter. Maintenance came fairly quick, but they said nothing could be done. The downstairs toilet was having plumbing issues and did not flush. Lastly, the dryer (which I understand is an extra amenity) took 3 cycles to dry our clothes. I asked for a partial refund for the inconveniences and didn’t get a response.

Beautiful condo! Clean! Great location, about a 15-20min walk to Mallory Square and 5-10 min to Southern most point. Great restaurants all within walking distance.

Very good accommodation, within walking distance of many scenic spots, with the most prosperous pedestrian street at the door. The room is very clean. The house is on the second floor and has a double password, which is safe, clean and not damp. The first floor of the room is the living room with two large double sofa beds, and there are two double beds upstairs. If you don't mind crowding, you can even sleep 8 people.

Great location with on-site parking! The staff was extremely flexible about adding our pet to our stay at the last minute. They checked in multiple times leading up to the stay, which was very helpful. It's really hot there in July, but the A/C in this unit made it a comfortable stay. This was a great experience for our anniversary stay. Thank you.

Very clean, spacious loft. Easy check in/check out. Fairly centrally located with most things within a 20 minute walk. Right across the street from a delicious local homemade ice cream shop.

Loved the location and easy access and parking. There was a step on stairs missing wood but no biggie! Thanks for having us! WIll be back!

We loved the place. The location was so convenient to walking around Duval and the southern most point buoy. The property manager was super helpful with fixing the TV problems we came across. Our one complaint was the mattress on the pull out sofa is very uncomfortable, but the other beds were awesome! Secondly, if you’re sleeping downstairs on the pullouts, you can hear the activity in the hallway (ie. the doors closin, walking, talking, etc). Would recommend this place, and we definitely will come back here!

Sleeps eight, but it was just two of us…celebrating a 60th birthday. Although, we intended to have six; it was perfect for two and I’m sure it would have been nice with the max. The courtesy shuttle and late check out were greatly appreciated and the suggested dining and entertainment options were perfect. Wasn’t expecting such great care. Colacada and Jeffery were so accommodating! Thank you! We hope to be back again!

The loft is very clean & well supplied. Great location, quieter side of Duval but close enough to walk to everything! Would highly recommend!

Our host was superb . The unit was impeccable and was a great space overall . The location was quiet even though we were right on Duval . Walkable to all the attractions and action , but a short pedicab ride home if needed . We definitely would like to stay here again .
