Summary:

This gorgeous one bedroom apartment puts you in the heart of Dupont Circle, steps from the Metro. Walk to the Phillips Collection, Embassy Row, Georgetown, the White House, and monuments, then come home to high-end finishes, hotel quality bedding, and a spa style bathroom. Our guests often mention how clean, comfortable, and convenient this apartment feels as a base for work trips and city breaks. We're excited to welcome you!

The Space:

This modern one bedroom, one bathroom apartment has been newly renovated with high quality finishes and comfortable, hotel style bedding, creating a calm retreat in the middle of the city. The separate bedroom is ideal for up to two guests, with a comfortable queen bed and enough storage to unpack and settle in whether you are here for a quick visit or a longer stay.

The fully equipped kitchen (including a nespresso for the perfect brew!) makes it simple to prepare meals or enjoy takeout at home between meetings or museum visits. The spa style bathroom offers a relaxing place to refresh after a day exploring Dupont, downtown, or the nearby museums and monuments.

Just outside the apartment there is a small shared outdoor patio area where you can sit with a coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy a quiet moment away from the buzz of Dupont. The space is set up so that both short and longer stays feel easy and self sufficient.

Guest Access:

Please note the entrance is accessed through the well lit alley at the rear of the property, full access instructions will be given after booking. Apartment is not shared with anyone else. Due to DC regulations, however, some owners must live in the building in order to qualify as a short term rental host. As with many apartment buildings in DC, the upper floors have full time occupants, and there are neighbors to your left. Please be mindful of the fact that noise can travel and this is city living, we like to take care of our neighbors!

The Neighborhood:

You will be in the heart of Dupont Circle, one of DC’s most central and vibrant neighborhoods. There are great restaurants, local bars, coffee shops, pharmacies, and grocery stores all within a short walk, and the Sunday Dupont farmers market at the end of the street is a favorite for locals and visitors alike.

From here you can easily walk or take the Metro to many of DC’s main sights and neighborhoods. Approximate walk times include

- Dupont Circle Metro red line, about 1 minute

- Safeway, about 8 minutes

- CVS Pharmacy, about 4 minutes

- Whole Foods, about 15 minutes

- 14th Street and Logan Circle, about 18 minutes

- Adams Morgan, about 15 minutes

- U Street, about 27 minutes

- White House, about 24 minutes

- Georgetown and the waterfront, about 28 minutes

- National Mall, about 30 minutes

Dupont often feels like DC’s true city center, with tree lined streets, historic architecture, embassies, and a lived in neighborhood feel alongside a wide range of dining and nightlife. Our guests often mention how convenient it is to step out the door and be surrounded by so many options.

Getting Around:

You are only a few hundred feet from Dupont Circle Metro on the red line. This makes it very easy to reach downtown offices, museums, Union Station, and other neighborhoods without a car. The apartment is located just off Connecticut Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue, so buses, rideshares, and walking are all simple options for getting around the DC area.

Parking in Dupont is limited and can be expensive in garages, so many of our guests choose to arrive without a car and rely on Metro, rideshare, or walking during their stay.

Other Things to Note:

FAQ's - Before you book

- Can we check in early or check out late

When our cleaning schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate early check in or late check out. This is decided case by case closer to your dates, so please send us a message with your request and we can confirm what is possible.

- How many guests can the apartment sleep and what is the bed setup

The apartment is ideal for up to two guests in the separate bedroom which has one comfortable bed. It works well for solo travelers, couples, or a business traveler who prefers an apartment over a hotel room.

- What should I expect in terms of noise and neighbors

The apartment is in a classic Dupont building with full time residents above and next door. You may hear normal building and city sounds at times, and neighbors may hear you as well. Our guests often comment that the location feels lively but still manageable, and we ask everyone to observe quiet hours out of respect for the building.

- Is there parking

There is no dedicated parking included with the apartment. Street and garage parking options exist in the neighborhood, but they can be limited and expensive. Most of our guests find it easier to arrive without a car and use Metro, rideshare, or walking during their stay.

Such a charming little place, it was the perfect oasis after a busy day of meetings. Very clean and quiet. It was a little farther from public transportation than I would have liked, but it was still so central that Lyft rides were easy and inexpensive. There was an issue with the lights when I checked in but the staff were quick to respond and fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They provided thorough and helpful information about the place, including transportation options, nearby restaurants, and must-see sights, which made exploring the area a breeze. The accommodation itself was spotless and very clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. It had all the amenities I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The location and features of this rental were spectacular. Close enough to walk to GW to visit our daughter who is attending school there, and in the thick of the Dupont Circle area restaurant and shopping scene, it was percent. Thank you!

The place was clean The coffee was wonderful Location was marvelous. Appliances worked fine. Lighting is fine. The Luxury apartment small NO PARKING - had to park two blocks away for an additional $250 No chest of drawers. A luxury apartment would have drawers No towel rods. Instead there were 3 towel pegs. When you hang your towel on it only the part away from the wall dries. A luxury apartment would have a place to store and dry towels Only one mirror 12 X 24. Sure we can share. A luxury apartment would have at least two mirrors A luxury apartment would have an ice machine A luxury apartment would have a dishwasher A luxury apartment would have shelves in the bathroom. A luxury apartment would have a garbage disposal Towels were stored rolled up on the bed. Too many pillows.. The pillows filled the closet... Obviously the closet is tiny. A luxury apartment would have storage for out things. The stove top had no instructions. Only four buttons. + - pad lock and a circle. The WIFI provided was all of 15 mps. They did provide a second WIFI that was 121 mps when we asked. Toilet seat is loose Saw two rats in the alley Access to the place was down a dark alley It says it has an office. It does not have an office space, Just a corner in the bedroom. No broadcast TV unless you have a password. A luxury apartment would supply broadcast TV. We missed NFL & News. Very thin walls with what sounds like a dog running back and forth. Too expensive and NOT luxury.

This was a wonderful location close to DuPont Circle. The apartment was small but incredibly well-appointed - perfect for me as a single business traveler. Would also work well for a couple. Walls were thin, but the residents in the home were quiet and there is a quiet hours notice. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved it.

While this place was small for a one bedroom, it was clean and well and pointed, and in a perfect location for enjoying all of the amenities around Dupont Circle. In addition, it was about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Dupont metro station. The owners clearly went through a lot of trouble to make this a near perfect rental location for someone spending a short time in Metropolitan. Washington DC. My wife and I spent a week there and were quite comfortable. The mattress was way too firm for us. It was one of the new ‘corduroy’ brand we believe. We suggested that the owners purchase a pillow top to put on the queen size bed mattress. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect!

Directions to the place were perfect from the DCA airport. Location was great and so convenient for metro rides. The place was clean. Didn’t expect the walls to be that thin - the owners of the building live upstairs and they have dogs - you could hear them. The mattress was hard and the pillows were soft - we like them the other way. But we weren’t sore.
