This space comprises a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, and a television, as well as a dining area. Access to the upper floor is via a somewhat steep 13-step staircase. Upstairs, a carpeted landing features a pull-out bed providing two additional sleeping spaces. The second bedroom, facing north and illuminated by a skylight, is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a toilet completes this level.
