Stayed Aug 30, 2025Convenient access to the beach. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Located in a residential area so generally quiet, although there is another rental unit above this one. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Excellent communication with rental agency. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024It was nice on the inside but lacks curb appeal of other rentals in the area. Pretty well appointed and what we needed the property manager sent over immediately. I LOVED that they use free and clear detergent on the linens!

Stayed Aug 6, 2024The condo was amazing, well equipped, close to the beach, and nice neighborhood. This is one our most favorite places we’ve stayed so far and that says a lot for as much as we travel! I highly recommend this condo to anyone. We did several beach days, ate breakfast at DuneBillies, dinner at Shoreline, visited the zoo, and took the train into Chicago. Such a great place and perfect spot close to everything! Met all our expectations and then some!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024The dune gras appartement is a nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Well maintained, you’ll find everything you need in it. The walking distance to Lake Michigan is really only 10 minutes and the beach is gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This was a great rental that was in close proximity to the beach. It was just as described in the listing. We could hear the upstairs renters walking around at times. The host was very helpful when I needed some help. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed May 29, 2024I stayed here due to the proximity of the Wash Park Mariana. It was a nice place and had no issues and would definitely consider staying there again.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024Check in was easy and the property was just as lovely as the photos. Location was a short walk to the beach. Great place for a girls weekend.
