Stayed May 12, 2024This spot was perfect for us, the property was very clean and spacious. We were especially happy with the location, the Duke campus is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants and stores within short walking distance.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024The apartment was cute and clean. My only issues were the check in/check out process. During check in, I never received my door code and the host was not responsive to myself or Vrbo support the entire day. After hours of being stuck outside with children(on the phone with Vrbo support trying to find a last minute hotel and calling the host) the host finally responds with our door code. We did have to drive 45 mins back to the apartment since we were already in the hotel parking lot when he called but he offered to extend our stay for one night. We finally checked in around 9pm to a cute and comfortable apartment. The overall stay was great until check out, I asked if there was anything I needed to do/leave clean and I was instructed to only wash the towels which I did. I also took out all of the trash in the rooms and kitchen,washed and put away dishes. As we are leaving the host mentions we left things dirty because we did not sweep. I was a little shocked because we did everything else and paid a cleaning fee. Overall those were the only issues.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. Very nice area to walk around. Close to food and stores.
