Due Leoni Terrace in St. Mark’s Square

We had an amazing stay. Our host were helpful getting us to and from the apartment the apartment is simply beautiful and well appointed.

The location and view are perfect! The location on St. Mark’s Square is central to sights, shopping, and transportation. And the view is amazing! The Basilica can be enjoyed from the patio and the rooms facing it. Communication prior to arrival was great, and check-in was easy. A rep met us on arrival to escort us to the property. Would love to stay here again.

An amazing location - nothing beats it! Waking up to Piazza San Marco and falling asleep to the clock tower bells was magical. The apartment is huge and has plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy time together and also having personal time. The lift makes the fourth floor walk up easier and is great for bringing up luggage and tired feet after a day exploring Venice. The leasing company is professional, responding promptly and accommodating all requests. A true gem and the icing on a magical experience! Thank you!!

Our stay in Venice was nothing short of magical, and this stunning apartment made it all the more memorable. Located directly on St. Mark’s Square, the views of the Basilica were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset when the square was quieter and the light bathed the city in a golden glow. The apartment itself was elegant, with spacious rooms and a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Being in the heart of Venice meant we were just steps away from world-class restaurants, cafes, and shops, so we could easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant energy of the city. Whether we were enjoying a coffee with the piazza as our backdrop or savoring Venetian delicacies, this place truly felt like a dream. We loved every moment and would return in a heartbeat! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a truly unforgettable Venice experience.

Perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of things. This is not a quiet and peaceful place and it’s but a great people watching place as the terrace is everything.

I have been going to Venice for 50 years and never have I stayed in such a wonderful property. To stay right on San Marco square is unreal and to have the famous Orologio of Venice as you own person alarm clock is amazing. As you sit on the balcony taking in San Marco church (about 50 feet away) with a coffee or drink you can really study the church and square below you. The property itself is top notch! It is very well maintained and very clean with washer/dryer (that really works) dishwasher, A/C. The daily housekeeping is also a big plus. The views on Venice staff could not have been better, from our first contact with Annalisa, who gave us all the pre-stay details and booked our watertaxi; then Caterina who assisted us when we landed and finally Enrica, who meet us at the watertaxi (in San Marco) and walked us to and checked us in to the property. Thank you to all of you and we cannot wait to stay at the property again!

This place is all it claims to be, with convenient location and amazing views from the huge (I mean huge) deck overlooking the piazza. We came with 4 kids age 9-16 and everyone loved it. We especially enjoyed sipping coffee and wine on the deck while the kids slept in. Rent this place.

From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in all of the beauty and wonder that is Venice. We were greeted at the water taxi dock by Enrica who took exceptional care of us throughout our entire stay. The apartment is beautifully appointed with colorful decor, comfortable beds & baths and updated kitchen. However, the balcony which overlooks St. Marks Square is just spectacular. We strolled the lovely streets of Venice and then enjoyed a glass of wine enjoying the breathtaking views! I hope to return someday!!!

Location and elegance meet. And the people working at Views on Venice are terrific - they are pleasant and so helpful on everything!

This location surpassed what I would ever believe could be a residence on VRBO. What a fantastic place to stay.
