Stayed Oct 11, 2025The building location is good in old city. It is a basement unit down a long dark hallway which would be fine but unfortunately the unit had orange mold growing on the walls -- it was very visible. We left after one night. We gave feedback to the owner and we are still waiting to hear back from the management company -- but don't think that will happen. Don't stay here there are so many better options in Knoxville.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This place was so quaint and cute! The location was perfect, lots of bars nearby. The finishings were updated and the bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in. 10/10 stay, would definitely recommend for 1-3 people.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024I had the BEST sleep in this basement property!! I was a little hesitant at first but it’s the cutest place in a great location. It is close to an active RR track but being able to park my car for two days and walk around Old City, Market Square and to Neyland to watch our Vols play makes the train null & void. Plus the host is FABULOUS!!! So kind, helpful, and loves the Vols too!! The bed was comfy and the access to the building & unit were easy and I felt very safe. I will be staying here again!!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024This place was quiet, relaxing and great location for all of downtown Knoxville! Highly recommend! The reservation process was easy and they had all the codes immediately to me!
