Stayed May 29, 2026Great place to stay downtown. The outskirts of the neighborhood seemed questionable before getting closer, but the street the residence is on is okay to walk. Included parking a rare perk. Host very responsive. Lobby check-in attendant also was very nice.

Stayed May 16, 2026The host is only responsive during there work hours. We were locked out of the apartment at 6:20 am due to a consistent problem with the smart lock and they could not be reached until 7:30. We checked out early because we had planned to be out late that night and could not count on the lock working and did not want to be locked out over night. We had issues with lock upon arrival and it consistently spoke to us saying it could not lock, although the door was locked.Also of note the apartment is clean”ish” not super clean. It is not in a good neighborhood a good neighborhood for walking like other areas in DTLA.

Stayed Mar 2, 2026This was the perfect place to stay when I was in town for both a work conference and the LA Marathon. Plenty of space, nice amenities and walking distance to the convention center.

Stayed Jan 5, 2026Ab&b conveniently located to shops. Room had everything needed. Very clean and that fact that it had free parking across the street was great.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Exactly as advertised. Really enjoyed seeing a full moon from the roof next to the pool. Security was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The host was also available and responsive. The only downside was a party in an adjacent property which lasted late into the night.
