This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.). Smoking is not allowed inside the home or near entrances. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 odor removal and cleaning fee.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties and events are not permitted. This home is designed for responsible guests looking to enjoy Austin respectfully.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced to respect neighbors. Noise violations may result in a minimum $150 fee.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Your health and comfort are important to us. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
