Pam was a wonderful host, offering food suggestions as well as where to go to see the leaves while they were in peak color. Thank you for a nice stay!
Super clean, really close to downtown for shopping and excellent restaurants. Front porch is the perfect place for relaxing at end of the day.
.Property was perfect for our needs. Easy entry and exit. Would recommend to others.
Home was clean, roomy and well appointed. Pam was friendly and communicated with us to ensure our stay was comfortable.
We loved this little cottage. Plenty of blankets to keep us warm, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The old wood floors and big windows gave it charm. The owner was very helpful. We liked that it was only a few minutes from downtown Montpelier and the VCFA campus, and about 10 minutes from the mall and Walmart. In winter, be sure to take shoes or boots with good traction or wear Yak Track because there will definitely be ice and snow.
A nice comfortable place in keeping with its time of construction. All amenities were present. We even had over night snow in mid-October - great when we normally never see snow. Pamela was friendly and helpful.
The picture does not show how much space this cottage has. And more than all the amenities of home. Very well equipped. The beds were wonderful to sleep on. Loved this cottage. Well decorated and loved the cottage feel. Very large kitchen, good sized bedrooms, one very large. Full size appliances. Would highly recommend this property.
My stay was perfect. The home was everything I could want. I loved merely being there. I am a VCFA student and often chose to come back and work. I could walk to campus or town without any problem. I graduated but if I return to VCFA, I will stay here.
Unfortunately we arrived much later than expected but Anne and Pam were great!! Anne met us when we arrived showed us around the place. They were very accomidating iwth our service dog with a very clean place and close to few different cities, like Stowe, Waterbury and downtown Montpelier is a very short drive/bike ride. Although the place is on a main road with a decent amount of raffic going by, nothing like a big city though, we still had a relaxing time and woudl visit again.
Very beautiful, convinient location, clean romantic design , washer dryer big plus for longer stay, many ski resorts around... We love to stay at this historic house and hope we can come next year again..
