Dream view - family apartment with terrace and garden

Horrendous, non existent parking. Difficult to find the property as the property number is not written on the building. No keys to front door. Not working, broken down fridge with a rest in peace sticker on it. Washing machine ran for 6 hours. Don't know what it did. Shower is so tiny, only babies or extremely thin models can use it. Wifi network different than given in instructions. Agent was indifferent to non existent keys and non existent parking space. We checked out a day earlier than scheduled.

It is a treck to the location but it sure is worth it. The yard, the views, the apartment. Everything was great.

The view from the garden was absolutely stunning. We had a great time. The house could have been a bit cleaner. But at the end is was really worth the price!

We had a really good week in the appartment - spent most of the time in the garden overlooking the lake, but great also to get out in the canoes and explore the local villages. As we've fed back to the owners, we had a bad start as we were not sent any instructions on how to find the house, and it took a long time and a phone call to Switzerland on a very hot day to find it. Hopefully that won't happen to anyone else. We also weren't aware the garden was shared with upstairs, as the web listing implied that it wasn't - hopefully this has also been changed so that others aren't in the same position. We felt lucky that the group upstairs were so nice that this was not a problem. Overall, its a lovely property, in a great location. A really good find. Thank you.

The apartment on 2 levels leads directly to the garden. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a common balcony facing the lake. Everything is very enjoyable. Too bad that there is no TV (it was Tour de France season). Also be prepare to carry your luggage on about 100 yards with 2 stairs. But you will not regret the effort.

We enjoyed two weeks in Lezzeno. The house is cool and roomy enough for 5, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor space. The two canoes on the lake were an added bonus.

We were 2 couples, coming from a week traveling across Tuscany. This was the perfect place to end our holidays. We enjoyed and relaxed at this property, very well equiped. You can easily get to Lezzeno and to Belaggio, where you can get the ferry to Mennagio or Varenna, on the other side of the Lake Como. We didn´t know that the Strada Regia passed just below the house. We had a beautiful walk experience and a magnificent sunset 2 or 3km up the Strada Regia. Everything was ok and pleasant, the views, the house, the chairs on the garden, the barbecue... We recommend this property to everyone.

We spent 2 times 2 weeks in Lezzeno and can recommend that place to everyone. It's a quite place located near the forest and about 15 minutes by foot from the center of Lezzeno. Very green and inviting to spend the a lazy day in the garden, which offers a great view on the lake. The apartment has a direct entry to the big garden. Big dining room with integrated kitchen, in summer we actually had all meals outside in the garden. Upstairs is a bathroom and two bedrooms with balcony, both offer a great view on the Lake. Downstairs is an additional toilet. In a 10 walk (somehow steep) one can reach the small beach of Lezzeno for swimming. In the center of Lezzeno you find grocery stores and some nice restaurants, located directly by the lake. In 10 minutes by car one can reach the well known and beautiful town Bellagio. To Como it's 30 minutes. Public transport is possible to both destinations.
