Drake House- Fleur De Lis (Private hot tub)

Great place

Even if I tried I can't think of anything that needs improving at the Drake House. Even though the parking was 'off site' it was just across the street. Excellent on all. Thank you. Oh, I did suggest maybe some coasters so we don't harm any of the furniture while relaxing!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Drake House. We have been here before and really love coming here. The place is very clean and just perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony with hot tub is phenomenal. It is a great place to unwind and relax for awhile. The coffee shop below is very cute and serves specialty coffee drinks along with breakfast. Walking around the city is fun and it is a close walk to the Mississippi River. This is a perfect place to stay to explore the city or just relax. Would recommend

Great place to call home for a day or two. Lots of great restaurants nearby and Charlotte’s at the bottom of the stairs is a morning bonus!

Cleanest place I’ve ever been in! The place was great for my sister and I getting away for a few days. Parking wasn’t great (across the street) hard to load/unload our stuff. Very limited parking in front of bldg. Don’t pack heavy as there is a lot of steps to get to the apartment. I would stay there again

Property was perfect for our needs. Only slight drawback would be that we had to park a block away on a lot that was unlit at night. All was fine though.

We really enjoy our stay! The property was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we thought we would need. Great location in Dubuque for breakfast at Charlottes, dinner in the Millwork District or hitting the Farmers Market on Saturday morning.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament with our son and his family. Apt was nice and spacious. Coffee shop below was a real asset. Enjoyed the hot tub. A few good places to eat within easy walking distance. Not in center of town and little to walk to. There is a farmers market a block away on Saturday mornings. Open parking provided but it is across street. Owner very involved and responsive. Lots of good comments in guest book.

My husband and I stayed a few nights at The Drake House-Fleur De Lis and really enjoyed it!! We have booked this rental before because it's such a unique place. The rental is very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked relaxing in the living room area and also the hot tub on the deck is an added plus! Being above Charlotte's Coffee House was amazing to drink different types of coffee and have a delicious breakfast. The Mississippi River is within walking distance along with a cool museum. I would recommend this place!

The manager was very communicative, the property was as advertised and close to a lot of restaurants. Clean.

I had booked this property for a getaway, but realized I booked the wrong date. In a panic, I reached out to Jenn who was so gracious and understanding and refunded me. We were going to rebook for this spring, but a knee surgery squashed that. If I do need a place to stay in that area, I wont hesitate to book here.

Looking for a place close to Platteville for our grandsons

My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding and then the girls and I got ready here the morning of. Gorgeous space with plenty of seating. Perfect spot if getting married in the Millwork district! Owner was easy to get ahold of when needed.

Pictures were exactly as in person. Nice hot tub. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Up a flight of steps and your are greeted with a classy decorated, updated place. You can tell lots of thought went in to the decor and layout. Easy entry and exit.

The exposed interior bricks and warm wooden cabinets and floors gave a particularly elegant, solid, welcoming feeling which we enjoyed. All the furniture was comfortable, visually appealing, and well laid out to enhance our visiting. Lots of good surfaces for the crafts we shared. The patio was fantastic! We spent lots of time in the fresh air. The excellent coffee shop with a tasty breakfast lunch and sweet treats menu right downstairs was an added perk. One of the best spaces we have shared over the many years of our annual best women friends get together. We are looking forward to coming back.

This is my kind of place. Exposed brick, gorgeous wood floors, and a chicken print. Love the hot tub on the balcony. Above one of the best coffee shops out there. Within walking distance to shops, breweries, restaurants, and downtown. Great location - hope to be back one day.

My boyfriend and I booked this trip as a short vacation for just thw two of us. The VRBO was immaculate and more beautiful than we ever could've imagined! We had such a nice time and will rebook this VRBO in the future.
