Stayed Sep 27, 20255 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The building was not the nicest, but it was manageable. Place had a slight smell of weed.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Location was great along with parking availability. I don’t know if I’d classify the couch as a sleeping area. It was barely comfortable as a couch, but we did attempt to sleep on it…once. The shower faucet also took some effort. Looked like it was jerry rigged in.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This apartment is a cute, clean option for staying in Raleigh. April made sure it was well stocked with the necessities, and it was comfortable for our very short stay. I will say that the noises from upstairs neighbors can be heard fairly easily, but fortunately this didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep. Parking was super easy, and the apartment is on the second floor (no elevator access) - this could make getting heavy luggage up the stairs a bit of a challenge, but for short stays or for strong people, this is a great option!
