Stayed May 31, 2025Perfect summer in Palm Beach. My 21 yo daughter had a summer internship in Palm Beach and I'm so thankful I found this property. The owners, Steve and Terry, provided a safe yet private space for my daughter, and checked on her well-being. They promptly responded to any concerns and gave great advice on local things to see and do. The apartment is cozy and has everything you could need. My daughter stayed for two months and it was an amazing experience.

Stayed May 1, 2025Steve and Terry are both the kindest and most accommodating hosts. I stayed here for a month and loved the place. Walking distance to downtown west palm, the gym, the water etc. pool and walk yard oasis. This is worth every pennie.

Stayed May 25, 2024My son stayed at this property for the summer. The owners are very kind and helped ease my stress of my son staying alone in a new town for 10 weeks. They were always around if he had an issue and were very responsive.

Stayed Jan 15, 2023Steve and Terry are the most gracious hosts and readily available in case anything is needed. They were very accommodating to our flexible schedule and going back and forth during our stay. The apartment is well stocked with everything for an extended stay. We appreciated the amenities of the unit as well as the homey charm. We look forward to our return.
