Downtown view, King Bed, Quiet, Free Parking

If you need to stay in downtown Dallas - this location is a great option! Check in/out were super easy and the host was very clear and helpful with instructions. Everything was explained very clearly and there were no issues! The view of the skyline is excellent - drinking my coffee and eating leftover bbq while looking out the enormous windows was a great way to spend the morning. There are great restaurants surrounding this property and it is walking distance to many sites. The property is spacious and private and the pool was a great amenity, highly recommend! If I am ever back in Dallas, I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It is located within walking distance of anything you may need or want to see. And provided an escape from the hustle and bustle when we wanted it.

Spacious, updated apartment w/ amazing views! Host was very responsive & helpful.Rooftop pool area very nice, but water was too cold to use pool for our stay mid-May.Walkable to JFK Memorial/Museum, Historic District & Aquarium. Ubers readily available... at least 15-20 min ride into Uptown & other upscale areas for great restaurants, shopping, etc

Great location and view. Nice, stocked kitchen. Bed and sheets are comfy. Apartment needs a deep clean. Vents were dirty, yellow ottoman needs to be cleaned, cabinets need to be wiped down. Extra wash cloths and towels would have been great.

My stay was nice. And the host was very communicative.

The apartment was as described. The only struggle we had was parking to get in the building to get the key fob to get in the garage. The garage also broke our last night there. No fault to the host. Very responsive host.

Everything was clean and neat and was just a cozy feel! The view made it nice as well, to get to the parking garage was a little confusing at first just since i didn’t know the area. Was smooth once i found it and spot. Overall loved this place and will book again!

The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the city. We chose the spot for its location as we were able to walk to American Airlines center from here. On the downside, the check in process was horrible. We couldn’t find the parking garage for 40 minutes due to the address being incorrect. If that process was better documented and had images, we could have saved time. The apartment was clean but definitely needed a deep clean and while there was counter space in the bathroom, there were no towel hooks. Just a couple things that brought the overall experience down

It's a beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, and furnished with everything you could possibly need. The host Phil was extremely responsive when I messaged him about parking, and he sorted me out right away. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO! I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Dallas.

This place was perfect. The place was cute and cozy. Very comfortable and inviting. The location off elm was close to everything. Many bars and restaurants with good food and drinks right across the street! Walkable to American Airlines Arena and uptown! Would highly recommend.

What a darling, clean place with an amazing view! The mattress was SOOOO comfortable! I had reservations about Texas, but there are countless fun places to walk to from this location, and kind, open-minded people all around! I will for sure be back to explore more, and can't imagine staying anywhere else! This place is a gem! Thank you

This stay was great. Right in the heart of downtown Dallas. The free parking in that area was a true savings. View and host were also amazing. We go to Dallas frequently. Definitely will be back.

We came to Dallas for a concert. This place is absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning. We loved watching the fog roll.in one morning. There are so many places to shop and eat near by.

Was in town for work. Great central downtown location, clean, and quiet. Much more room than a crowded hotel room! Great host communication.

10/10 Phil is a pretty chill guy and answered fast when I had questions! Location is amazing and super close to everything you will need. I will say check in is a little tricky especially because you have to find parking and then go up and get your key fob to actually access the free parking garage that’s in the back of the building which is tough if it’s only one person luckily I could send my sister up for the key while i sat in the car with my emergency lights on while i waited on the side of the road…one thing the check in notes did not note was that you also need the key fob to access the parking garage elevators. Pool was hard to find but the room itself is very beautiful and clean and the view is to AMAZING!!!
