Stayed Jun 7, 2026First, and probably most importantly, the location in relation to local attraction is excellent. We walked to RR Hall of Fame, Progressive Field and most restaurants. We did make sure, though to be off the streets in the vicinity of the public square in front of Terminal Towers by dark. Building however is very secure and once inside we never felt unsafe. Apartment is pretty much a nice hotel suite with a kitchen. Has everything you need. Could use more towels and maybe a chest of drawers or two if you plan on staying for more than a couple days. If visiting Cleveland for a short vacation I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Stayed May 1, 2026The space was very roomy with lots of light and room to relax. The furniture and decor were very basic and minimal. We were happy to see there was an EV charging station located in the recommended parking lot. Some notes. If you drive and park in the lot it is quite a walk, including multiple escalators and either an elevator or stairs, through the Tower to get to the entrance of the apartment building. The basic amenities we look for in short term rentals were sparse. We stayed for a weekend and there was no dish/ dishwasher soap or sponge to wash dishes. There was only 3 glasses (they did have several mugs). The towels were old and a small amount of them. Lights were burnt out and no bath mat on a tile floor proved tricky. Lighting was also very minimal in all rooms except the kitchen. Not an issue during the day with the nice big windows but night time proved harder. We were happy with the location and safety of the building. We recommend asking about their check in policy as it was more hoops then were used to, before we could be confirmed for arrival. Not everyone may be comfortable with sharing their ID, etc.

Stayed Apr 24, 2026Do NOT rent this apartment and do NOT rent from Paramount.Upon arrival, I discovered the property was in a state that fell far below any reasonable standard of habitability, cleanliness, or accurate representation. The issues were numerous and significant:• Walls covered in marks and splatters of unknown liquids throughout the unit• Missing TV remote controls, rendering the televisions completely unusable• No furniture in either bedroom — guests had no place to store clothing or personal items• Bed coverings that were mismatched with insufficient number of shams and wholly inadequate• Missing and/or stained bed sheets• Supposedly clean towels with sticky, unknown substances on them• Kitchen severely undersupplied with cookware — unusable for basic meal preparation• Dirt and hair found inside cupboards and drawers• Hair covering the couch• A television starting to fall off the wall • Multiple missing and burnt-out light bulbs throughout the propertyThis property was not merely imperfect — it was misrepresented, unsanitary, and in several respects unsafe. Guests have a reasonable expectation that a rental will match its listing and meet basic standards of cleanliness and function. This property failed on virtually every count.
