Stayed Sep 17, 2025Check in was kind of a hassle but that was my fault. He gave good enough instructions, there was just a lot of them. The place is dirty. From the beer cans in the planter outside to the stairway to the studio. Culminating with chipping paint in the bathroom and dusty, no furry baseboards. The thermostat isn’t in your unit so you have to text the manager to adjust the temperature which he was quick to do but … Just pay a little extra and get a hotel room in town.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025The greatest part of our stay was that we could have our family on the rooftop for cocktails before we went out. It was a beautiful view and perfect weather. Also, we asked the owner if she could turn the air down for me (menopause) and she so kindly accommodated us. It was perfect!

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Great location to find food and fun places to eat and plenty of places for night life too. Super close walk to Kirkwood college stuff also. No matter where you park you have to pay to park which is a bummer but that is anywhere in Bloomington it seems.
