This place met our needs (male business colleagues) with two bedrooms and ample common space. Very clean and comfortable and reasonable walk to river area. Be aware that there are the equivalent of about two stories of stairs to get to the apartment landing. No problem for us but if mobility is limited this could pose a problem. Also, there is a large homeless population in the area. They did not cause us any problems but they can be noisy during the night.

We love Spokane, the down town area has seen better days. A lot of homelessness and drug users, some right outside the apartment. The facility itself absolutely beautiful. An urban charm for sure. Bedding was comfortable, a lot of space. Everything was in walking distance. We had a faucet leak that could have been bad, and owner's communication was quick to respond, within a day it was fixed. Would we return to this unit? yes. We will be returning!

The condo unit was awesome!! It was well appointed and clean. We will for sure be staying here again. The only draw back were the locals that hung out around the unit.

Beware!!!!!“Sleeps 6” should be at least 3 beds but you only get two beds and an AIR MATRESS. Sofa bed has been broken since Dec. 2022, read others reviews. Found dirty socks in the sofa bed while discovering the sofa bed was broken. The neighborhood has lots of homeless people and drug selling/using. I stepped out of a convenience store across the street to find a guy cooking/smoking crack. If I wasn’t 6’3”, 220 I would not have felt safe. I couldn’t let my family out of my sight. Thankfully I booked parking several blocks away so my car didn’t get broken into. Jake was awesome and quick to reply to all messages. The unit is really nice. Kitchen is great too. You can easily walk anywhere from the unit. We were at a conference nearby and the walk was easy. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby.

It's a very spacious apartment—very clean. The full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, were a nice plus since we stayed for 4 nights. There's ample space for a family of four (including a teenager) to spread out, enjoy quiet time individually, and also gather around the table for dinner or watch movies in the living area.Chicken and Mo and Satellite Diner are must-tries!The parking situation is a bit tricky. Many nearby garages advertise overnight rates (around 15–26), but when we parked from one evening to the following morning, we were charged double. We tried two different garages and were charged double both times, so it seems they reset their rates at midnight. While this isn’t something the owner can control, it’s good to know in advance so it doesn’t come as a surprise. It's still a great place - we will definitely be back!

We were in Spokane for a concert and stayed at the loft. Very comfortable, clean and everything was easy. Neighborhood is a bit rough at night but we were able to walk to our destination with no problems. Thanks for having us.

Such a cute, comfortable place with a lot of character. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Unfortunately located in a rough neighborhood. I came for my 18 yo son’s indoor track competition at The Podium. I brought my 10 year son. When we arrived around 3:30pm Friday, Jake, the property manager let us in 30 minutes early (gratefully, because my little guy had to go potty) there were no signs of danger at the time. The neighbors were already drinking and talking to us outside the window while we unloaded. Looked like typical college students. However, when we made our way back home at 8:30pm, it was dark and the sidewalks were crowded with homeless, drunks, cigarettes, and pipes. Yikes! It was wet and slushy, but had to walk in the street to get back. It was not comfortable being alone with my kids as we walked from the suggested parking garage. The yelling, fighting persisted until 7am. I was nervous to walk back the next evening around 7:40pm, but it was much quieter. Only a few out on the streets Saturday night. Sunday morning we made up the extra food we had bought at the cute little grocery store down the road, and fed all the homeless waiting outside our neighborhood, as we headed back to the parking garage. They were all friendly and grateful. However, whoever is out at night is NOT where you want to be. We heard a guy getting beat up, a couple screaming about sex, and carts being pushed up and down the roads. I would not suggest staying here alone or being out at night.
