This place was fantastic, very cute place, walkable to everywhere in downtown Rockport. There is a lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us! Bed was firm but comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a shower caddy in the shower for guests who bring their own toiletries.

The apartment we rented for 3 nights was clean, well furnished and as described in the listing. Communication with the host was easy and she/they were very responsive. I would certainly recommend this listing for a couple/single looking for a convenient location at a good value. Note, it is on the 3rd floor so it would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

We had the absolute best time at this rental and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how sparkling clean and well-maintained everything was—it immediately felt like a relaxing home away from home.The location is unbeatable. It was incredibly convenient and put us exactly where we wanted to be for our trip, making it so easy to get around and explore.To top it all off, the property is just as adorable in person as it is in the pictures (if not more so!). The decor is charming, the vibe is cozy, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into the space.

The stay was wonderful. There are several flights of stairs, which was not a problem for myself and partner. The view of the ocean is minimal, but a quick walk to Bearskin neck and the ocean.

Unit 3 was great and very clean. Full space and amenities. Seating was good and access to the coast was great. The deck was nice for any time outside. The bed wasnt very comfortable, specifically not for side sleepers.My only recommendations:-TV in the bedroom-Extra throw blanket for the living room

A perfect place to stay when visiting Rockport! The location is amazing, the house is great, and the host is wonderful. She was beyond helpful with everything I asked and needed. The place is very clean and has everything you need. We will for sure stay here again on our next trip to Rockport.

A cozy place close to everything! Blocks to Motif# 1 and all the shops on Bear Skin Neck. Rachel is an attentive owner with helpful info on checking in and out. A lovely stay!

This apartment was small but mighty. We were looking for something in the heart of Rockport and we definitely lucked out. The views were amazing from the deck and the apartment was clean and tidy. We had one question and the host replied immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely location. It would be nice to have a key to the back porch to use those steps instead of the ones inside.AC in all rooms kept the unit comfortable.And it would have been nice to have 2 or more kitchen towels and a dish mat as well as 2 hand towels.Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks.

Historic home — Lovely, spacious, immaculate, within a few minutes walk of Lower Beach, Shalin Lu music center, lots of dining, scenic downtown harborside. We didn’t need our car for the length of our 3-day stay, then found on-street parking (4 for 4 hours) to extend our stay in Rockport for another afternoon.

This apartment is in the perfect location! We loved being able to walk everywhere.

My husband and I stayed in the top floor of this beautiful house for 5 nights in June, 2025! It was extremely clean, well-kept and so charming. The owners were available for any questions we had and very prompt when there was a small issue in the shower that needed a fix. We would highly recommend this beautiful house! It is walkable to all the restaurants and shops in Rockport!

This is a lovely historical property and our host was excellent. They responded right away when we had questions! It’s close to everything and it’s a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here!

I was looking for a spot to decompress for a few days, write, and walk to the sea. I didn’t write much because I was way too busy walking through the village and along the coast.This apartment was charming, clean, and fullly equipped. It even has a washer/dryer, which was wonderful. I started my day with coffee on the deck, then went walking. The ocean is just down the road, and the coastal path is within half a mile.I parked my car in the private lot (a huge bonus) and didn’t touch it for two days. As long as stairs aren’t an issue for you (and they weren’t), this is the perfect spot within walking distance of everything.VRBO had a glitch but host was quick to respond to texts and I could not have been more comfortable.

We loved walking to breakfast and dinner, the waterfront and the shops. Our “ apartment”was the perfect blend of new and old and a perfect place to be when the rain came down. We loved celebrating my 80 th birthday there!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is what it says it is. Very nice contemporary accommodations. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Rockport is very quaint. In a good way we were located right across the street from some of the New years festivities. We would definitely stay here again.

overall was perfect the mattress was a little bit head but ok the hot water was a little problem but we got over it overall the place was awesome really nice thank you

We came to Rockport for a fall get-away trip and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is clean, comfortable and a great location to walk into Rockport. The property manager was easily reachable and responsive to any of our needs. A delightful place to stay that we would highly recommend! Note that the steps to the apartment are steep.

We came to visit the local beach towns and Salem. The property was clean and located close to the little village and train station which really helped. The bed was comfy and helped our back pain at the end of a long day. Yes, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you
