The concierge desk is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate arrangements with the building team.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This message will include entry details, access codes, parking and everything you need for a smooth check-in. • A nearby paid lot is also available at Olympic Auto Park (312 Vine St), just a 1-minute walk from the building.



As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.



• No pets (building policy) Unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 dollar clean fee.

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee



Building amenities may be temporarily unavailable or closed without prior notice due to maintenance, unforeseen incidents, or management decisions to ensure the health and safety of all residents. While we understand these situations can be inconvenient, they are often beyond our control.
