Downtown Private Efficiency Lake Eola Central Business District

Room was great, perfect for someone who just needs someone to sleep and relax.

Its was a nice place, it was perfect for a one night stay. The only thing i would suggest for the property owner is to change the doorknobs for the front door and the bathroom for new ones. The current ones are a bit loose.

Great location has everything you need for a short stay!

Great stay. Short 15 min walk to the Kia Center (best at night due to the summer heat, felt safe as a single female, 5 min ride share drive otherwise). Pics as described. Appreciated the coffee amenity provided. Window AC plus the fan kept the space cool. Shower could have had warmer water, like warm showers are not my favorite. Bed was comfortable. Outlets need updating. Overall, enjoyable stay and would potentially stay again.

It’s a small but fully equipped place. Easy parking and very quiet area. The AC is a little loud but thankfully the weather wasn’t too warm so I didn’t need it on. The landlord was responsive. Easy, flexible check-in and check-out. I asked for a late check out and the lord allowed it.

I loved the fact that this property was only one half block from beautiful Lake Eola and two blocks from a very large supermarket. Within walking distance is Lynx Central, a major bus station in Orlando with non stop service to Disney Springs. That is also a stop on Sunrail. It doesn’t get better. The property greets you with a stairs and a front door that have a worn look but don’t judge the unit by the entrance. Inside is a modern, clean and neat apartment, small in size but certainly adequate. The kitchen is fine for making simple meals. All in all, a good experience.

So convenient for a downtown stay; perfect for 1 or 2 people. Owner is on top of communication & nice to deal with. Next time I plan to be in Orlando, I'll see if this property is available first.

Great value for downtown Orlando with free parking. 15 minute walk to Kia Center.

Great place to stay

This property may be small but provided everything we needed for our short stay in Orlando. We were able to walk all around downtown and enjoy Lake Eola without needing to drive anywhere.

We love the location being within walking distance of Lake Eola, especially at Christmas time. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well stocked and the bed comfortable. Our favorite part is the front porch. A great place to have coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night!

This was my second time staying here so I knew what to expect. The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance from downtown and Lake Eola. There is parking at the house which is a rarity in Orlando so that is a major perk. The house is old but kept in good condition. Definitely a nice place if you want to stay in DTO and don’t want to deal with the chaos of the more crowded areas of Orlando.

Wonderful location!! Only a 15 minute walk to Kia center. We even walked right down the block to see Lake Eola! Very cute and simple had a microwave and fridge nice shower and toilet. Bed was actually so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me!!! Great place to stay if you’re in town for a business meeting or concert like I was! Will be booking again!!!!!

Perfect place to stay for Ado's concert. Good walking distance to the Kia center that gave us plenty of time to get ready. Would definitely recommend if you have an event over there!

We loved the location near Lake Eola. What a charming area in the middle of the city with bird watching, restaurants, parks. Very clean and comfortable.

Close to everything

Had all the necessities plus a small kitchen, a great porch to use and the location was the best!!

Great spot with parking included. It was so close to downtown bars and restaurants. We were in town for a show and it was a perfect stay for the night. Bed was super comfortable too!

Great commute

Location, location, location! It doesn’t get better than this. Everything is within walking distance! Convenient to park your car off street. Excellent communication and attentive to all messages and questions!
