Downtown One- Bedroom Apartment

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, affordable, modern, big enough and coffee was provided! The communication with the host was excellent and she let us check in 3 hours earlier and check out almost 1 hour later! I would highly recommend this place!

The photo of the property shows the living room with glimpse of the dining area. Looked good. It did not show the bedroom with Queen bed shoved against one wall to allow a small path to the only bathroom. If the person next to the wall had to get up in the night to use the facilities, the other person also had to get up.The bathroom had a shower so small one can hardly turn around and a toilet mounted six inches off the wall making it impossible to close the small door once seated. The pedestal sink drain stopper did not work. The plastic shower pan had no support & moved when stepped on. The drop from the bathroom floor height to the bedroom floor was disconcerting. In addition the floors throughout the apartment were uneven. There was a vacuum to clean the floors but what they really needed was a good mopping but no mop available. I would never stay here again

We liked the convenience of walking downtown- our only suggestion is to make a little area to sit outside. A few hooks in the bathroom for towels would be good too. Overall a great stay! Thank you

All was very good! But it was a little bright in the bedroom for sleeping.

Roomy apartment on 2nd floor. Clean and comfortable. Recently renovated. Good Valued Close to Downtown Bradenton and convenient drive to beaches. I’m giving it a 4 star because it lacked some basic items (such as hangars, toaster, glasses). I communicated this to the host as we were leaving, who was courteous about the info. It could easily be upgraded to 5 stars overall. Also, guests in apartment below can be heard at night.

Our stay was great. Location made it to where we could walk to lots of places.
