Stayed Jul 19, 2024We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and the lake, only a couple blocks away. The unit was very clean, and I have high standards in cleanliness. The only potential downside for some would be the property is located at the corner of one of the higher traffic intersections in town (M75) which can add some noise and if small kids are with you adds a certain degree of needing to watch them closer. It didn’t bother us too much though and actually I didn’t mind sitting on the porch with a beverage and watching all the different people go by! All in all, a great property and very close short walk to everything that you want in Boyne City!

Stayed Jun 25, 2024The location of this home was perfect! This is one of the cleanest homes I’ve rented. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. There is a small park nearby for the kiddos and you can walk right downtown to restaurants. I do want to mention that this is a 2 unit. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
