    Easy access key pad entry. Having the use of a 2 car garage was the best amenity! Kichen was well stocked and also supplied some coffee pods & ground coffee, creamers and some waters and Perrier to drink.

    My girlfriend and I spent one month at this property just as the Coronavirus pandemic was sweeping the country. Thanks to extraordinarily gracious management and an unparalleled location, this apartment became our safe haven during global crisis. It is difficult to overstate how incredible the location of this apartment truly is. Los Angeles is by no means a walkable town, but this apartment has everything one needs just steps away. The best beach in the city, an expansive grocery store, and myriad restaurants and bars are within a few block radius. The apartment came fully stocked with every necessity we didn't even know we needed to make a house a home: cleaning supplies, dishware, cooking supplies, spices, and even puzzles that helped the time pass during quarantine. While we unfortunately were not able to utilize the ample beach towels and chairs provided, there is no question that this apartment is the idyllic place to spend time under the sun. The highlight of the apartment itself is the deck with unobstructed views of the coast. Furnished with a barbecue grill and patio furniture, it was truly an unbeatable place to enjoy al fresco dining. Ultimately, as gyms shuttered in Los Angeles, it also became the perfect place to safely exercise, if running along the beach happened to grow tiresome. Finally, we can't express enough gratitude towards management. As they were located nearby, they were always quick to respond if we needed anything at all. In the most compassionate show of empathy, they allowed us to stay two additional nights gratis as our flights home were continuously cancelled. We can't thank property management enough for their hospitality. Rest assured that this is an unbeatable place to stay if looking for a turnkey beachside retreat.

    We had a great time staying here over Memorial Day. It was the perfect location, we didn’t need to rent a car as we could walk to everything. The house was beautiful, well-stocked and ocean views from the living room and deck. The deck was awesome, we bbq’ed on it one of the nights. The owners/managers were great to communicate with and made it a breeze. Will definitely stay here next time we head to our old stomping grounds!
