Loved our time here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for (actually better!). Perfect location in Durango and such a cozy vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Completely impressive with fine finishes, perfect location including a garage space, fully furnished kitchen with top of the line appliances, immaculately clean, outdoor private patio, walk in closet, fabulous showers and tub, and a wonderful, responsive host. The ideal vacation spot, we stayed for two weeks and look forward to a repeat visit.

Second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location! It is a beautiful penthouse apartment on Main St. All of downtown Durango is right out the front door. The parking garage is a huge asset and enabled us to easily head out to explore hiking , hot springs, and find golf courses. Very modern and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing adventure in Durango. Bobby was very helpful with the few questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

We love this place. Stayed here two years ago and couldn’t wait to get back. Great location, wonderfully decorated. Feels like a friend let us use their personal residence, very well appointed.Walk to shops, restaurants, and train depot.You will absolutely love staying here.

Perfect location, very nicely decorated. Only possible recommendation would be adding some photos to help find the entrance but after finding it the first time we were fine.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Having our own private garage was awesome as well as the view of downtown Durango from this second story VRBO. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Main Street Penthouse and we enjoy it every time. It’s so much fun to be right in the middle of downtown, yet the place is very quiet and private. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the garage is a big plus for us as we travel with bikes and love the security of leaving them in the van, in the garage. We will also book a few days at the Penthouse whenever we are in town.

Beautifully appointed with engaging art, serene color palette, comfy bed and quiet neighbors. The fusion of old and modern structural elements are in balance. Excellent communication and information from owner. Located in the heart of downtown with the bonus of garage parking. Will definitely stay again. Wish we didn’t have a complimentary stay at the Leland in a couple weeks.

Beautiful penthouse in the heart of Durango overlooking Main. Walk to the train depot and fabulous restaurants downtown. The place was decorated to the nines. A perfect setting to celebrate my wife’s 80 years of life on this planet. We wanted to do something memorable and this fit the bill.

This guest house is fabulous!the decor is amazing and fashioned with everything but food and drink which is steps away to restaurants and wonderful shopping. I can't say enough to describe this lovely penthouse.

You won't find a better place to stay than here. Location was perfect - right on Main. In the heart of everything. A little tricky getting through doors to access it but don't let that stop you. Very very nice.Can't wait to come back.

High end flat in the perfect spot on Main Street. I'm extremely picky and this home was spotless. Beautiful and cozy, and Mr Duthie was quick to respond and super nice. Not sure who was responsible for the placement of the comfy chair by the window and fireplace but... bravo! Thank u and we will be back!

Perfect location on Main St., next to my favorite place called Carver's! It's one bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so you don't hear the frequent train whistle or evening street noise. The bathroom is very nice, the pebble shower floor is a foot massage! The kitchen is huge, the artwork is spectacular. Very comfortable for a couple or just one person. It's my second time staying there, will do it again.

Perfect location if you are spending time downtown. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looks like a professional set up!
