Downtown Lynchburg Studio 114 & Parking Spot

The directions provided by the host were perfect. The place was clean, nicely decorated, comfy, conveniently located, and will most likely stay there again the next time I visit Lynchburg, VA.

Excellent location and space was clean and nicely appointed. Right around corner from my favorite Cafe. I will stay here again anytime I'm in Lynchburg. Reserved parking space next to apartment was even better!

This property was great for one night. However, finding the parking spot was extremely challenging due to the numbers on the spaces being completely unreadable. This made me concerned that we would be towed. Please repaint numbers on parking spots or use better signage to indicate where guests should park. The bed was very comfortable and with white noise I slept well, despite the noise outside. My other recommendation would be to upgrade the towels as these were both quite small and scratchy.

Nice little studio in downtown. Place was nicely furnished with guests in mind. Great location.

The host was very welcoming and the studio was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood traffic was noisy, and the sound machine was overmatched at times. A stronger and easier to use sound machine would be helpful.

The rental was clean and host is friendly and very responsive! It's also located in a nice part of downtown making it easy to get anywhere with jus a short walk.

My only issue was the street noise. But the apartment is in downtown. A plus, we were able to walk to area restaurants and a farmers market.

We had a great stay! The bed was super comfortable! It was clean, cozy, really cute, and in a great location! I appreciated how many things were provided like silverware, soaps, even toothbrushes and oatmeal! That’s very thoughtful! Communication was great.

This trip was not for vacation, however I give the apartment 5 stars for everything and I hope to get back there soon

Clean and comfortable. I attended meetings at the Virginian Hotel, a short 5-block walk. I saved money, and had a great parking spot!

We just enjoyed the entire process from start to finish. It is a perfect location, with everything conveniently within walking distance, and, of course, parking comes with an assigned slot.

This lil studio was the perfect spot for my daughter (20) and myself! It was clean and the location was perfect. We could walk up or down the ave and have our choice of food. The hosts were nothing but top notch from the beginning of the process, through out the stay and after check out! The Studio 114 will be our go to for our next visit to Lynchburg. If it is unavailable we will reschedule our stay!

Impressive. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything was up to par. Great location near food, shops and the Bluff walk. Charming.

Great spot for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay in Lynchburg. Parking can be a littlw tricky if you have a bigger vehicle, but there is usually plenty of street parking of you can't fit into the space provided. Also watch your step when you walk into the Vrbo! There is a bit of a step down I wasn't totally prepared for, but I'm normally a clutz so maybe thats just me :) Overall, great spot, minus my twisted ankle.

We had a lovely time staying downtown! Studio 114 is lovely and convenient; the shopping and food and views were great. We hope we can find a good excuse to return soon!
