Downtown Luxury Studio, Brevard NC

This is a compact open plan studio in the town of Brevard- Franklin Park which makes it easy to walk everywhere or drive out of the town. Comfy beds, lounge area and good small kitchen space.

Great studio apartment in a walkable neighborhood. The place was bigger than. We expected. The “living room” are was nice.

Great place to stay. Close to town and with in walking distance as well. What you can't see in the pictures is that the apartment is on the bottom floor of the main residence. This was not a problem for us but you can hear people walking overhead. Parking was good and close to the apartment. Overall a great experience.

The accommodations lacked nothing. I could actually live in this very large studio. Robert greeted us upon arrival, extremely nice host. Landscaping was breathtaking! We were in Brevard for the WNC Flyer bike ride and hope to stay at this VRBO again in 2027.

Upgrades to the kitchenette, i.e, 2 burner stove top, a means to heat water like an electric kettle, room divider(s), and a dish washer for health reasons would make the property more useable for guests.

This studio apartment was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to downtown Brevard with restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Beds were comfortable. The host was responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again!

The property was very convenient to downtown Brevard. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with check-in, parking, and recommendations. Property is very well maintained and in a safe location. I feel like the unit was more charming in person than the VRBO photos show!

This property has it all! Lovely, safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and the college including a beautifully maintained outdoor space and garden. Homelike and cozy furnishings with a well equipped kitchen. We were even greeted with snacks upon arrival. Comfy beds as well as other seating options for relaxing. Eclectic selection of reading material along with lots of information about the local area. The owner contacted us with arrival information in a timely manner and left additional helpful information inside the unit. It was the perfect place to return to after a busy day of hiking.

Perfect location, clean, and very easy to check in/out. Have stayed here many times over the years and it’s always a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay with yoga mat included.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all the shops and most of the restaurants. We walked to town everyday and even walked to church on Sunday. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Property was clean. Water pressure was low but instructions from the host were clear enough on how to maintain high pressure.

We loved staying at the Downtown Luxury Studei. The owner and housekeeper were very responsive to our needs. We sat outside in the Paris and enjoyed the quietness of the property. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Brevard. Thank you.

Wonderful stay. My kids (15 and 9) loved the easy walk to downtown and nearby park and pool. We even saw several white squirrels at the park. It was a wonderful trip. Brevard is a beautiful little town.

We had a wonderful stay at Studio 84! Convenient to Downtown Brevard (downtown shops are within walking distance), Brevard Music Center, and beautiful waterfalls. The studio apartment is comfortable with many amenities offered, like k-cups for morning coffee and even a wide variety of books to read at your leisure. There is a small outdoor space with a table and 4 chairs that we enjoyed each evening and morning of our stay. Cool mountain mornings are a treat in the middle of summer! The owner of the property keeps a beautiful garden. We hope to stay here again!

Nice room close to town

My new favorite Brevard stay place. Impeccable landscaping, pristine interior, white squirrels, calming chimes, thoughtful treats, and amenities.

Located walking distance from downtown. Clean, Comfortable and Convenient to everything Brevard has to offer. We've stayed here several times and hope to return soon.
