Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the 3 bedroom unit within a secure 4-plex building. Building entry is locked, providing an added level of security during your stay. The unit itself offers self-guided access for a smooth and convenient check-in experience.



A dedicated washer and dryer are located on the first floor of the building and are available for guest use for free. Guests will have access to all living areas within the unit. Any locked storage or utility spaces are reserved for owner or management use.



This setup ensures a secure, comfortable, and hassle-free stay from arrival to departure.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood in south addition, downtown anchorage.



Getting Around:

This unit is centrally located in downtown Anchorage, making it easy to get around by car. Walking to downtown is possible as well as the units are about 1 mile from the city center. Many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and local attractions are within 1 mile. The Coastal Trail is nearby for walking or biking.



Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and taxis are also an option. If you plan to explore beyond downtown or visit surrounding areas, renting a car is definitely recommended. The airport, hospitals, and major roadways are all a short drive away, making this a convenient location for both work and leisure travel.



Other Things to Note:

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
