With hardwood floors, granite counter tops, exposed brick and new renovations, it is a luxurious home away from home.

Guest Access:
Once inside of the building, you will have access to the floor this unit is located on via stairs or elevator. You will then have complete access to the unit as there will be no one else inside.

The Neighborhood:
Located on West Broughton Street, you will closest to all the major shops and restaurants.
Park your car and walk everywhere you want to go!

Getting Around:
Location, Location, Location: super close to everything, Within walking distance of everything fun. 10 minutes to River street, Historic districts, and Forsyth park. Tons of stores and restaurants right outside

Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. We ask that you politely find a smoking area outside!

Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50 per pet.

We are only 2 blocks away from Plant Riverside District!

    This home is located in the heart of the historic district, with many key attractions and highly rated restaurants within short walking distance. It also is quiet inside, rare for a downtown location. The home itself is spacious, well appointed, and clean. There is ample storage space in the bedroom closet, chest of drawers, and bathroom vanity. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable. Communications with the owner were very easy and timely.

    5 star service from the manager. The location is walkable to everything but as it’s a downtown building there are homeless people around, and we had to deal with marijuana smoke inside the building while there which isn’t permitted but someone broke the rules- both of which are out of the owners control but just as an fyi to our experience which wasn’t ideal traveling with a baby and dog.

    We had a great stay! Very cool space, loved the bricks on wall. Great spot on the shopping strip and close to squares and walking distances to everything we wanted to see and do. Love Savannah! Would stay here again.

    This was a great location within walking distance to most places in downtown Savannah! It was very clean and had everything we needed… including a sound machine in the bedroom which was great!!! Only complaint was there is definitely noise that comes from the alley but other than that, would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!!!
