Downtown Grand Haven Apt < 1 Mi to Lake Michigan

The location and the size of the space was nice. The presentation however was not to my liking. The sheets we not on the bed, balled up in a pile on the beds. Which made me question if they were clean or dirty. Lots of hair in the sheets and mattress pads were visibly stained. Ended up going to Walmart to buy my own. Bathroom towels just thrown over side of tub some we used. Very disgusting thank goodness I brought some with me. No hand or body soap. No garbage bags for the trash cans. Pet hair all over the couch had to put a blanket down to sit and feel comfortable. The place could have used a very good deep cleaning.

We have rented here several times and love it. Being right on the main street downtown makes everything accessible. The Christmas lights were pretty.

Perfect location for Grand Haven. Place was beautiful, and dog friendly. I would stay again. I reached out to host, but no response. Not a big deal as it wasn't critical.

Location Location Location! Loved everything about this apartment!! We enjoyed people watching from the balcony. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Nice communication with friendly host; apartment is cute overall but kitchen items (utensils, some cups, coffee maker, toaster) need a good solid cleaning. Other than that, great place!

We did a last minute reservation to meet friends in GH for the weekend. Hosts were quick to reply and send us all needed check-in information etc. Great location, nice setting and floor plan, and clean apartment - exactly as described. Will definitely stay here again!

We got a great night sleep here and loved the proximity to downtown.

We've been coming here the last few years. We love the laid back, homey feeling of the whole town! We watch football, go for walks, shop, and of course Eat! The best way to ring in the new year with friends and familyy!

Second time visiting this year. Can’t beat the location, and the apartment is very comfortable. Highly recommend !

This property worked well for a place to stay while we were attending a wedding in Grand Rapids

Very nice apartment, everything as advertised. The location couldn’t be better. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants, coffee houses, etc. We stayed after Labor day so it was very quiet at night, but still active during the day. Great vacation spot!

This place was great for a few days in Grand Haven! Clean and spacious, and can’t beat the location right on the main street and only a block or two from the water

We loved this apartment! It was the perfect location for us to be mobile but spend lots of time at the beach!

Absolute amazing location right downtown. You can walk to most everything and walk/drive to the beach. A few cons: one of the bedrooms has a skylight and keeps the room very bright until the sun goes down completely. With little kids, it made that room almost unusable for us for naps and bedtime. The communication was terrible when we had questions. They never responded to me for a few questions I had and that was frustrating. I had a few other small complaints but nothing too major.

Very clean, spacious, can walk to most everything in Grand Haven! My son and his family stayed in the apartment next door which was very nice for spending time with the grandkids. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect and comes with a parking spot. Balcony is great to watch street. All the shops and eating establishments we wanted were nearby. Property was roomy and clean. We really enjoyed the stay. It is a quick drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was super convenient for walking around town, eating out without having to park, and walking over the to river walk area. We were just in town for a quick trip and this was perfect.

The location was amazing and the apt was nice and had lots of room. I took two stars off for two reasons. 1. Cleanliness: I had to clean the toilet when we checked because it clearly wasn’t done after the last family had checked out. In my opinion, the bathroom is the number one area that must be cleaned. There were other areas of the apartment that were very dusty or had hair accumulated behind the doors and things like that which showed that they do not do a thorough job of vacuuming the apartment. 2. Poor property management: The security code they give you for the apartment does not change with each guest, that means that every guest who stays there knows the code for future guests. I requested that The code be changed for security/safety reasons before checkin. We were told that it would be changed but it was not. In addition, we were staying there for three nights/4 days and head 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. When I texted manager that we needed more toilet paper it took multiple text messages and multiple hours before we were able to get more toilet paper…. which was ridiculous, the apartment should come with enough toilet paper for a family for that is staying there for four days.

The apartment was located in the heart of downtown Grand Haven just as we desired. It was walkable to shops, restaurants, coffee, musical fountain, and the beach. Nice to sit on the balcony and people watch. Also nice we were able to bring our 9# poodle mix.
