Stayed Apr 17, 2026The location was convenient and the space was appropriate. However, the quality of everything inside was very poor, and the communication with the host was terrible. They charged a parking fee, yet then said parking would be an additional 20/night, and when I sent the license plate information for the car they kept sending back a copy and pasted message about how some third party would contact for payment so we could get parking sorted. That third party contact never came, and after the third attempt to request parking, and getting frustrated at what seemed to be AI-generated responses, gave up and parked at other more expensive downtown lots. The cleaning fee was outrageous, the host very unhelpful. Would stay in a hotel next time.
