Downtown Fairhope Studio

Property was in excellent condition. Perfect for a business trip stay. I will stay here again, next time I am called to Fairhope.

This space was perfect for Mardi Gras and close to everything downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and the place was spotless. It was actually bigger than we anticipated. The on street parking was also very convenient. We would absolutely rent this until again. Perfect for Mardi Gras.

Our second time renting this unit. Great location, located near all shops and restaurants but very quiet. The unit is comfortable for 2, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay although the kitchen is not meant for serious cooking.

The place is exactly as pictured and described. Very quiet street yet walking distance to shops, restaurants, bay, etc. Very clean, nice coffee, easy parking, and stocked kitchen. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Centrally located in downtown Fairhope on a quiet street. Elegant, tasteful renovation. Equipped with everything for a comfortable stay for two (more might be a stretch). Loved it!

We were 3 older women, having a girls trip and this place was perfect for us. Just around the corner from downtown Fairhope. Place was clean, and comfortable, with lovely modern decor. King bed and couch were both comfortable, and bathroom was very functional. Lighting could have been brighter at vanity but wasn't a deal breaker. Plenty of clean towels provided, and nicely appointed kitchen with everything needed for a pleasant stay, although we did not really use the kitchen much. Place was perfect for 3 of us, may be a bit crowded for 4 but still workable. Only complaint is that if you don't like a heavy comforter when sleeping, you only have a sheet. There was no lighter weight blanket for summer, so bring your own. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 night stay. Loved it!

Husband and I came for our first visit to Fairhope and this property was perfect for our stay. Located right downtown, it was clean, modern, and meet all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

This little apartment is very quite and peaceful. Walking distance to everything in Fairhope including the public pier. I would have preferred a TV and bedside light in the bedroom, but would defiantly choose this place to stay if we visit Fairhope in the future. It is great for a couples getaway.

The place was perfect for our needs. The only complaint i have is no tv in the bedroom and a/c kept it cool but not as cool as i like. But i would stay there again and would recommend
