Downtown, dog-friendly condo w/ a full kitchen, gas fireplace, & balcony

This place was nice but the entrance was difficult to get in and out with the stairs and the door swung inwards. No place for the pet to relieve itself, so had to do some walking for a place to go. No parking spot but we were there off season so we got lucky.

Lots of stairs. Fees were as much as the apt cost.

Great location however the sofa bed was broke. There’s only a queen size bed which made it difficult for the three of us to sleep. I was diagnosed with breast cancer less than a year ago. The last thing I was to be around is mold. The shower is full of mold. Pictures attached.

So close to the water, shopping, food. Parking was challenging but it was a holiday weekend. The apartment was so cute and homey!

The property is a very cute apartment right in the heart of everything. So many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Also right by the water for some beautiful views. 5 minute drive from oval beach that has an amazing sunset. Dog friendly. So considerate and even left us a treat bag for her.

This home is definitely in a prime location! Right in the middle of town, it is an easy walk to practically everything. You might have to walk quite a while to get to your car, as parking isn’t included and during busy times, it is impossible to find parking in the town.The house is cute but starting to show its age. Things looked clean, but mildew stains on the tile in the shower and the terrible smell of cat urine when you first walk in didn’t leave the best impression. Thankfully the cat smell didn’t continue through the whole house, just the front steps.

Husband and I had a great winter getaway. Condo was wonderful. Well stocked, comfortable, clean, great location and great communication with renting company. Would highly recommend.

Only down side was the fireplace was broken but we enjoyed our stay here.

Was extremely quiet and relaxing (November stay) only noise was the music from the shop below and that's to be expected. Bedroom view was awesome as well. Lots of things were inoperable including the fireplace (the main reason this place was rented) and nobody from Vacasa let us know beforehand, and when brought to their attention was given an attitude of oh well. Probably won't stay here again because of this. Please resolve for better business practices in the future to prevent from losing return business (like us)

The location is fantastic in the heart of Saugatuck. The space is pleasant and comfortable. Access is up a full flight of narrow stairs. The only real challenge was trying to use wi-fi during the day. It was slowed significantly from after business hours.

The location is perfect in this quaint town. This place is perfect for 2 people, might be tight for 4.

Great location near restaurants & shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, middle of town, charming decor.

I stayed here with my now husband the week we got married in Saugatuck! This was an awesome location, walkable to everything, super charming decor and beautiful view from the bedroom! Everything was exactly as listed and I would definitely stay again!

Great location steps away from all the shops/restaurants of downtown Saugatuck. Right near the waterfront. Small dog treat bag was left on the counter which was very thoughtful! The apartment showed signs of wear and tear including some staining on the furniture and a sticky banister. Bathrooms were clean, but some cobwebs and dust visible in corners of the apartment including closets. Outdoor patio is very small (for 2-3 people at most). Unfortunately, used gum was stuck on the patio floor and my dog stepped in it. Drapes in the living area don't block any light from outside, making it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed. No hangers in the closets. The mutli-level nature of the apartment made it difficult with a dog because the stairs are wooden and slippery for their paws. We appreciated that this place was dog friendly but didn't find many features of the apartment appropriate for having a pet there.

The property is perfectly located in the center of Saugatuck and has beautiful natural light with every turn. Walking distance to everything.

This spot is located right in the heart of the town. Everything is walking distance and the condo was beautiful.

We stayed for 3 nights and overall I am happy with our stay. You cannot beat the location in Saugatuck, right in the middle of everything! Only complaints are there was some mold growing in the shower, the bed wasn't the greatest and I could tell the place was pet friendly by the smell on the rug. Since our stay was short, these didn't bother us because the location and overall cleanliness was very good
