Location is great. Cute place, very clean. Only a few things for feedback- Bed was uncomfy, you cannot see outside really so it felt a little claustrophobic, and parking is tough.

The decor is LOVELY! The chandeliers and fireplaces are great touches. It was very comfortable. The location is PERFECT!!!! Of course, being so close to Leopold’s we went there 2 of the 3 nights we spent there. I️ highly recommend this unit. We will rent it again.

We were first given the wrong code to enter the property, but the customer service line was able to assist in that. When we got to the room there were a few items left from the prior occupants which made it seem like the room was not cleaned. The location was fantastic!

Great location for walking!

The apartment was ok. Perfect location. My only issue is that it is located on the 3rd floor and the building in that area was not clean.

As described, nicely appointed, comfortable. Absolutely perfect location, especially for the film festival. Had everything we needed, though would recommend at least one more roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Be prepared for two big flights of stairs (we were, so not an issue).

My husband and I stayed for a week while my daughter and her friend attended a summer program at SCAD. The apartment was absolutely perfect and everything we needed. There is a park right in front where we could walk our dog. We were close and in walking distance to everything. The property management takes good care of the apartment and we were supplied with clean sheets, towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.

The building sat on the corner of a beautiful square, was a block away from hundreds of restaurants, and three blocks from the gorgeous river front. Parked our car the minute we arrived and did not move it again. The apartment building was quiet, our apartment very clean and well supplied, and any neighbor we happened to pass on the stairs was very friendly. The area was very safe (I know because of multiple 3am doggie bathroom breaks). *hint for future renters: park 2 blocks away from the building (north/east) and you can park on the street for half price. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience. We will return!

There were a couple of things that we noticed that would have made parking easier. The visitors center no longer sells 1-2 day parking passes and hasn’t since Covid. Our information said there were 2 free spaces but there were none. Our stay was very nice and comfortable and we would happily stay at this property again!

Perfectly centrally located in the heart of happening Savannah ! Very quick and easy walk to Broughton, SCAD, River street and all our favorite spots. Street parking was full when we arrived but there is a parking garage right down the street which was super convenient. The interior of the building could use a little TLC but the unit itself was great! The only thing we would change is the bed was not very comfortable for my husband and I, we ended up sleeping on the pullout couch after our first nights stay. But overall would highly recommend , we were very happy with this booking otherwise ! :)

The apartment was very clean, quiet, and in the perfect location to walk to all the historic sites. What a beautiful area!

Was a great place to have a girls trip very convenient to have a large variety of things to do in walking distance

Everything was walkable so we parked in a garage just one block from our rental and never had to move the car for the entire stay. The rental was just perfect and what we needed. It was very quiet tucked up on the third floor. The entry access was so easy and nice for coming and going.. the only thing I would suggest is the rental could use a little love with some more updated furniture. Couch and chair were not the most comfortable. The bathroom tub needs some work (faucet was caulked in so much it was pulling away from the wall)

Outstanding! The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The location, size, walking distance to everything, the free DOT bus stop around the corner (which we used alot, didn't want or need a car), sitting on the balcony at night watching the moon rise - all perfect!
