The studio was clean, cozy and convenient. The communication with the owner was outstanding all the procedures were easy. It was very close to everything in downtown and there was a taxi stand just a 3 minute walk away if you need to travel further. The was plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

This property is perfectly located in the city center. We were easily able easily walk to attractions and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed to be comfortable.

This property lives up to the uniformly excellent reviews. Although it is near to downtown, we were never bothered by traffic noise. The unit has everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We North Americans are always a little baffled by the EU pictorial controls on the appliances, but we managed to make good use of them. The parking spot is a very valuable feature which enhances the value proposition.

The apartment was perfect - it met all our needs, PLUS it was beautifully decorated. The location was in walking distance to all the places we wanted to go and very comfortable!

Our stay here was fantastic. This small space was a perfect homemade for our daily outings around Reykjavik, thoughtfully designed and operated by Sæli, the world-class owner. He was quick to help answer questions, opened the door to our early morning arrival, and graciously denied our offer to help clean at the end of our stay. The next time we visit, this will be where we stay.

Great stay. Easy check-in, location a 10, bed and pillows a 10, shower a 10 and kitchen a 10. Within walking distance to everything in the city. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Everything went perfect in our trip to Reykjavík which was helped by having the perfect place in town. Thanks to our host for a lovely stay in a unit that was ideal for a 4 night stay. Easy walking to all restaurants and all you needed to make some meals at home. Parking spot made coming home after adventuring seemless as we didn't need to worry about where to park or how much it would cost. Would definitely come back and stay here again on our next Iceland vacation.

Thoughtfully designed and decorated to maximize its space, this comfortable and nicely outfitted studio felt much larger than its square footage would suggest. It was an ideal “home” for our 10-night stay, centrally located to easily explore the sights, sound and tastes of Reykjavík by foot. An off-street parking spot for our rental car made day excursions so convenient. We loved it! Tip for summer travelers: bring an eye mask as the blinds don’t totally block the light.

Comfortable place, and easy to walk a couple of blocks to bus stop, and to restaurants and shops. Manager very responsive and helpful. Great experience!

This is a great place to stay in the downtown area of Reykjavik. The property felt very spacious for being a studio, and is walking distance to whale/puffin tours, nightlife, restaurants, museums, and other excursions in the city. It is clean and the owner is responsive for any questions that come up. The two of us had a great experience, and would definitely stay again when we return to Iceland in the future.

This was the perfect little place for a mother/daughter stopover in Iceland! The apartment had everything we needed, including an off street parking space - ideal as we rented a car to self drive the Golden Circle and hike the Glymur Waterfall trail! The apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance to the harbor, sights, shops, restaurants and parks! We had 3 days of sunshine and absolutely LOVED our time here! Our host was fabulous - so friendly and attentive to our needs! Stay here! You wont regret it!

This efficiency has everything one could need, in a neighborhood that is perfectly located for walking to shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood of foreign embassies, churches, hospital, and a pocket park. The owner’s communication was superb. With an added bonus of onsite parking.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for my partner and I and could not have been in a better location. We were the envy of all our friends who had booked at hotels elsewhere in the city!

My wife and I had s fantastic time in this vm cute studio. Moreover, vm close to downtown and all restaurants, groceries and shops. Bring your running shoes and take a few rounds around the lakes that are just next door. Owner very responsive, loved it

The room was more spacious than I had imagined, yet stylish and comfortable enough for a one-person stay.The location was also great, just a few minutes walk to the center of Reykjavík.The only thing that was a little confusing was the location of the key box, so if the owner has time, it might be a good idea to add that.

Beautifully-designed comfortable and private studio, perfect for 2. Sæeli was a wonderful host. Perfect central location for exploring the city on foot, and a 2-minute walk to one of the main Tourist bus stops. We loved the heated floors after being out in the winter weather. The kitchen was small but fine for preparing simple meals (there are several grocery stores within walking distance. Melabuðin is a 15-minute walk and has gourmet treats).

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely apartment. The location was brilliant for the centre of Reykavik and 1 minute walk to bus stop 1 (pick up for Tours) Communication with the owner was excellent with quick response and very useful information. Would definately stay again.

Having a little studio like this was the perfect way for us to spread out (and dry out!) our things during our stay in Reykjavik, which served as our home base before moving on in our trip. Dedicated parking, great walkable spot, and attention to details that really made for a helpful and comfortable stay. Thank you!

We stayed a week at this apartment using it as a home base to see various parts of Iceland. The location is excellent. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to many restaurants, Bus Stop1 for tour bus pick up, grocery store, Vinbudin, Braud bakery (for cinnamon rolls!). Although a bit further, we were also able to walk to Perlan and one of the great public pools. We also rented a car for two of the days and were pleased with the free parking spot. The apartment is clean, spacious and extremely well designed with all the needed amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven/microwave, stovetop, fridge/freezer, ample storage for clothing and luggage). The apartment is an independently standing guest house so it is very quiet in a great part of town. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. We would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Beautiful apartment, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Lots of special touches. The off-street parking made it easy to come and go. Located within easy walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and the heart of the old city. Arsaell went out of his to help us with an urgent matter. Highly recommended.

This was a a fabulous place and a perfect location. The apartment had everything needed for our stay and we were able to easily walk to restaurants and shops in Reykjavík. The location was very safe and there was free off-street parking. We especially appreciated the great communications and the flexibility from our host Saeli.

It is a very charming and cozy studio apartment, perfect for an adult couple or single person visiting Reykjavik. It is central and even walking distance to many of the main points in downtown. The hosts were wonderful - and made it so easy to check in, stay, and check out again. I was great !

Well appointed apartment with nice kitchen, living area, and separate sleeping area. Great host. Just one block to south end of vibrant downtown shopping and restaurant district. So many great places for eating and drinking. Every kind of shop within walking distance. Pickup point for airport shuttle and expedition buses is two blocks away.
