Welcome to Unit 1, a private 2 -bedroom, 1-bath apartment in a renovated four-unit building 1 block from the heart of Downtown Morganton.

Previous guests have especially loved this home's location, walkability, cleanliness, comfort and convenient access to everything nearby, and we want to continue making it a wonderful home base for exploring Morganton.

Sleep comfortably

The 1st private bedrooms features a king-size bed and the second bedroom features a 1 queen size bed, giving you plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Both bedrooms feature snart tvs and blackout curtains.

Need additional sleeping space The living room includes a single folding bed, making the apartment comfortable and flexible for couples, small families or friends traveling together.

Please don't block other vehicles, entrances, driveways, walkways or neighboring properties.

Other things to note

Unit A is located in a four-unit residential building, not an isolated vacation home. You may occasionally see or hear other residents or guests.

We ask everyone to respect quiet hours and help us maintain the peaceful, comfortable environment our guests enjoy.
