Very nice, clean apartment all within the historic district.

The apartment was comfortable and cozy! Has everything you need for your stay! Taylor was so easy to communicate with...a perfect host, and a perfect stay!

Our host was great. There was a small issue beyond her control. She checked on us and was very quick to respond. We loved the location and the property was updated. We will definitely stay again.

Nice little get away to nice property

One of the best vacations rentals I’ve stayed in. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable with a nice balcony for relaxing and people watching. Ceiling fans and cold a/c for those hot days. There is also a washer/ dryer in the hall. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful location right downtown with a balcony view of one of the main drags. Perfect place for people watching. Walking distance to most restaurants. One block away from the water.

Nice place in the center of a great little town

Great balcony! We enjoyed our stay in the modern, clean & updated apartment centrally located in Apalachicola. Close proximity to the local restaurants, bars & shopping. Can’t wait for our next trip, we’ll try to stay here again!

Great property in a great location in a fantastic historic little town!

Great location!

We stayed in this downtown apartment in historic Apalach for a week and had a very enjoyable visit. No high rises, walkable to the local restaurants, shops and miles of beaches not far away. We were there before the season, so no crowds! The apartment was totally suitable and the bed very comfortable! It is up a flight of stairs, so a good workout! There is parking on the street and maybe more challenging in the summer.

Cleanliness. mildew smell in the kitchen and leaking water from the ceiling above the refrigerator

Great location, very cozy and clean, and our host was very accommodating! This was our first trip to Apalachicola and we fell in love with the town. We wanted a quick, quiet getaway to celebrate a good health report and prepare for the holidays. Everyone is so friendly in Apalach, and most merchants are truly “dog friendly”. The location was wonderful-we walked everywhere! We’ll definitely return to this property!

Taylor was very easy to work with. Nice to have a landlord who lives nearby and is responsive.

Spent a great weekend in Apalachicola right in the heart of downtown. Great location, just down from the coffee shop. Nice little kitchen setup with everything we needed. King size bed was super comfy !! Sitting out on the balcony with our morning coffee was divine.. overlooking the shops with the cool breezes and the riverwalk. This was a great little place for a getaway ! thanks

Love that it is so walkable

Comfortable and beautiful clean place to chill and relax. Perfectly located as it was close to everything and it has above par decor that is new and stylish. The high ceilings, beadboard and exposed brick spoke to us!!! Love the historic feel of the place and look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the balcony very much. The apartment was cute, well decorated and had everything we needed. The only reasons that it’s not 5 stars is that the walls are very thin and we had a tough time sleeping with the noise from the next door rental. We also found the apartment to smell a bit damp but solved that with some spray. I would stay here again and otherwise had a great experience.

Great stay for our family of four. Couch was big enough for two teen boys. Location was excellent to walk around historic Apalachicola.

We loved the condo! I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony reading and people watching. We were within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable- we felt right at home! We had heard several comments about the steps but we didn’t find that to be an issue as they were very wide and safe. Taylor, the owner was very thorough with her check in and out procedures and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay, especially relaxing on the balcony. No problem with parking. Loved the character of the old building.

Great location. Walked to everywhere in the downtown area. Quite place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights in March. The location was perfect for our plans. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Taylor communicated well with us and informed us of a city-wide water issue before we arrived which we greatly appreciated. I would absolutely book this rental again.

We were unable to drink, brush our teeth, nor shower as the water stunk so bad it made our stomach churn. This residence should never be rented out or without documentation of the water. I believe there is an iron issue with the water as it smelled like sulfur and sewer. Could not have been more disappointed!!!!!!

This was a great location in Apalachicola. Our host was a spectacular communicator!!! I would recommend this condo to see Apalachicola and the surrounding area!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Communication was excellent and we had zero problems checking in with such detailed directions. Loved that!The apartment is charming, clean and so spacious! We also enjoyed the setup, very well thought out. We were iced in with record breaking weather and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again and again:)

This is a wonderful unit with great amenities, perfect location and a beautiful balcony to lounge on. We had a wonderful stay and 100% plan to return to this same unit often!! Modern amenities, very quiet and private. Just perfect. 👍

Great location & walking distance to everything - the porch was favorite being able sit out on to watch the sunset and sunrise . Space was very clean and had everything we needed in bathroom , kitchen , and living room . The owner was very easy to communicate prior to check in . There are stairs to get up to room so make sure don’t overpack when carrying up luggage . Highly recommend this location - will. It be disappointed
